Yo yo yo this place is a hidden gem in Forest hills/Kew Gardens. The pretzels here are oh so good and warm. The sauces here are really good , i like the cheese dip and the mustard. Simple but yet oh so good.

So recently I was at my friends birthday party and she had platters of pretzels out from this store.I absolutely loved them so I knew I needed to go get my own. It's a small location so I must of passed it a million times and never noticed. I called my order in ahead of time and it was ready when I got there. The pretzels are delicious and friendly staff.

Have been to Philadelphia several times and missed their Pretzels so bad. Glad to see PPF in New York and it is a must to grab some Pretzels whenever I swing by Kew Gardens. Bought 3 Pretzels today, they are freshly baked with crunchy "shell" and melt-it-your-mouth center. It might be a tiny store but customer service was excellent, staffs were easygoing and fun. Thank you Brandon and the cashier who have been keeping a smile on his face Will definitely come back for my Pretzel fix!

What customer service should always be like!!! My fiancé and I placed a small order of pretzels on the app close to closing time, and we were a little unsure if it went through. Because of some conflicting messages popping up. When we arrived to pick up the order we were told that nothing had been received, and that they were already closed. Instead of turning us away, the owner, Jose, who clearly was about to walk out the door, threw off his bag and proceeded to make us a fresh batch of pretzels. I think we were struck speechless at how he and his staff treated us with such kindness and compassion. They did not rush us, or, the process of baking and we enjoyed quite a pleasant conversation while waiting. If you're thinking of visiting, don't hesitate! We are so proud this business exists in Queens!

Excellent soft and flavorful pretzels. I ordered a small rivets box. Since I showed up closer to the end of the day there weren't enough to fill the box, so the guy helping me threw in some cinnamon rivets! I have tried their normal sized pretzels before which are also just as tasty.

If I could rate them a ZERO I would. These pretzels are HORRIBLE!!! If I had only known I would've gone to Aunt Annie's instead. What a waste of money...smh

Came to this location as I wanted to visit them for the first time. Upon walking in first thing said to me was I noticed your taking pictures..... Ahhhh okay.. Anyhow I went on to order a cinnamon cup with the white frosting it was good we enjoyed it, I also ordered 3 pretzels I also brought yellow mustard and nacho cheese to pair with the pretzels. Honestly they are regular pretzels nothing extraordinary they were soft but very average, A pepperoni melt with marinara sauce I do not eat meat however my daughter enjoyed it I did taste it without the pepperoni and it was great. A frozen cherry lemonade which I was told was the new flavor and it was good we did like it.
