The staff members are rude and unapologetic instead of apologizing for their mess up with my grilled beef & rice order. They wanted me to tip them even after they kept bringing wrong orders making me feel like an idiot. I asked them for room-temperature water. And the waitress kept talking out loud that it was water water like I don't know it's water. It's cold water with ice and that's what I don't want. Please be aware before entering this scam eatery. It's filthy and dark. Don't know what they are serving people. Because in my grilled beef order there was pork lard mixed in the slices. And that was not what I asked for. I've never seen such a dish, looks like they are just feeding whatever they want.

Went on a Monday. Ordered porkchop Pho with bone marrow. They didn't have Bone Marrow, and the server brings me a Large bowl of flavorless Pho. And the porkchop weren't the same. Both chops were different cuts and 2 different flavors and color. I would've also wanted a regular small not a large. The broth wasn't great at all and that the highlight of a good bowl. They fell off since my last visit. I will be giving my money to Pho Bang across the way. Classic joint that never disappoints.

The service in this restaurant is terrible. They are not happy and will play pranks on customers’ meals?

This was my first time ever trying pho and I’m so glad it was because it set my standard for pho very high. It was really good and tasty. The broth was the best part because it was very savory and flavorful. The noodles could’ve absorbed the flavor more better but overall worth the price. The beef also paired well with the dish. I definitely wanna go back again. The service was very very quick and you get free hot tea and complimentary sauces with the pho. The price is also affordable and cheap since I ordered the small bowl of pho which was massive and could feed 2-3 people all for $11.95I also ordered the shrimp spring rolls which tasted nice with the peanut sauce and I’m not a fan of peanut sauce but this one was good. It did feel like the servers were waiting for me to finish so I felt kinda pressured to eat the pho quickly since they kept looking at me to see if I’m done but I’m not so bothered by that, others might mind that tho. Next time will try their drinks and other phos!

I am actually astonished at the prices of the food, the portions are so huge but the food is so cheap I tried the Beef brisket pho one day and came back this week to try something different, the filet mignon with rice was pretty good too!

I went there with my teenage friends and they didn't have enough seats for us to sit at the same table. We waited along time until someone decided to take our order. The waiters decided how to split the bill for us just because they think we are young and naive. The food didn't take tok long to arrive, but afterwards, the waiters forced us to tip more than enough and yelled at us for tipping too little.

Everything was good until it came to pay the bill. Servers kept staring at us the whole time we ate ( we weren’t loud or anything and we were all enjoying our food ). The bill came and we tipped her a certain amount and then our server comes back and is very pissed of at us because we tipped her “too low” and then she wanted what was the suggestion. We explained that that’s just a suggestion and not what we had to choose and the server got even more mad and behaved rude. When we changed the tip to one of the suggested tips server takes the pen from us and writes down the tip and then when we spoke up for the attitude and rude behavior of her grabbing the pen from us she said the tip was already paid we were trying to change it. Our bill was $95 we paid $100 in the beginning, server wanted more so after her being so rude we changed to $117. Since she grabbed the pen and tried to perfect the tip, we changed it to $108 which pissed her off. Never returning to this place. Tip is based on service and she kept pointing out how she served us by refilling the water.Update : the restaurant charged us $117 which was not what we paid. We paid $108. So they basically pulled something illegal

Best thing about this place was the value. The portion is healthy. Al we came on a Tuesday night and the place was pretty quiet at 6pm at the Arcadia mall. Hot soupy pho was definitely a must have on a cold Dec night. Service was quick and the Vietnamese coffee was a great addition to our meal
