Picked up 7 kimbap rolls. Immediately upon opening the food, I noticed all 7 rolls were made with OLD RICE. When I spoke to the owner, he was extremely belligerent and in denial stating they always use fresh rice. Despite telling him I am Korean and I know the difference between fresh vs. old rice, he patronized me stating that it was the cold weather that caused the rice to harden. Refused to make things right so I stated I would share my experience online in order to raise awareness and to AVOID coming here!!!

Honestly WORST customer service EVER. Lady made us wait 15 mins just to put in our order and we repeatedly repeated our order 5 times to her & confirmed with her to make sure she put in the correct items that we wanted and she said yes it was the right one. ONLY to then be told she put in the wrong order after waiting 30 mins for our food. LIKE WHAT?!?!? She did not apologize at all and was not sorry for messing up our order. She only said it was too late the kitchen already made the order that was not what we wanted. I will never come back.

It's really bad...Rating 4.0 I came here and regretted it.The side dishes are poor and tasteless.Plus, it's expensive.Unfriendly… Ugh..there is no answer..How many slices of lettuce are in a salad?There was only 1 piece of egg roll.What is a piece of leftover food from someone else's table? To be honest, I felt a little nauseous.It seems like a business that plans to close tomorrow.The local business is really outrageous.
I ordered crab cream spaghetti, but it came so greasy that I couldn't even hold it with my chopsticks. I shouldn't have ordered it after reading the review, but I'm forcing myself to eat something I want to throw in the trash because it's a waste of money. Thanks for ruining my lunch.

This was a place that I have come to for years, as it was my favorite childhood spot. This place has gone so downhill since, the customer service is very hostile and rude, and the food has become so cheap and different from previous years. Extremely disappointed, the workers are so so rude now.

Ordered from here for delivery I got the Spicy Rice Cake which wasn't even spicy it was kinda bland barely any flavor. Also I bought a water and they didn't include it. I'll give this place a 2 stars.

Greeted in Korean which I loved. Seems like a family business which makes me like it more. Prices are fair, unlike the city, which is another plus. And I got a pleasant surprise (cup of soup) which is such a sweet unexpected touch. Another plus. I wasn't hungry and was rather full but I wanted to give this place a shot. I ordered the Kimbap bulgugi (spicy and regular). Loved both and it was exactly what I expected from the previous yelpers photos. Also love the name of the shop. It's so cute!
