I've never experienced such a bad foods and services before. It was a horrible experienced. I believed the event has too many people so that the quality and the service cannot keep it up. When the waitress bring out a dish, she immediately rush us to eat and told us next dish is coming soon, when she returns in a few minutes, she rush us again to finish what's on the table, we told her we can't finish it, then she goes pack it, and gave us boxes and bags to pack. Wow, what a crazy night. As I mentioned, the foods and the service are terrible, maybe it only happens when they have a big event. But I definitely will not go back there.

I have been coming here for family gatherings for at least 10 years and honestly it’s very meh. Huge space so easier to get a table but much prefer Congee Village. Quality of food has definitely gotten down. Authentic but not high quality. Definitely can find better in flushing. (This is not a low Chinese restaurant eating complaining about service, it genuinely just isn’t fantastic food).

I recently had an amazing lunch experience at Royal Queen and I couldn't be happier. The atmosphere is bright and airy. The dim sum was incredibly flavorful and fresh. Each dish was a delight, from the dumplings to the buns, everything was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Royal Queen for anyone looking for delicious dim sum in a welcoming environment. Best place for dimsum in NYC! The restaurant is extremely spacious as well, perfect for family gatherings. I had my engagement party in one of the private rooms and the food and service was 10/10
Participated in the annual meeting of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce.Just talking about the food. Not bad indeed. The price is probably not low. Take some photos so you can see how the dishes are. I didn't finish the meal in the end, and kept serving food when I left. Suitable for event gatherings, family meals should not be affordable. It’s absolutely okay to eat in an ambience.
