Always love to come here for a sweet treat. Great desserts for a relatively fair price. The staff is friendly and the menu is great. Always consistent!

I wanted to share my recent experience with redeeming a birthday reward. Unfortunately, I encountered some difficulties when attempting to use the reward one day before or after my actual birthday. After reaching out to other locations and learning that they typically honor birthday rewards within a wider timeframe, I felt disappointed that this wasn't the case at your establishment. As members of the community, my spouse and I were looking forward to enjoying a special outing together, but the subpar service we received left us feeling disheartened. It would mean a lot to us if your team could consider making a small adjustment to your POS system to accommodate birthday rewards within a slightly broader window. This could help enhance the overall customer experience and ensure that patrons like us feel valued and appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The wait is long and you have to use your phone to get on the wait list ! The dessert is so worth it. We got the cookie camp, honey toast and the milky something but man was it goodness!!! It’s a good balance between sweet and salty :)

It is quite pricey, but the desserts are worth it! Their regular menu never fails to satiate my cravings and their seasonal menus are also to die for! I love waiting to see what new dessert will come up with the new season.

READ IF YOU'RE TRYING TO REDEEM YOUR BIRTHDAY COUPON!I came here with my husband to use our birthday coupons that Spot sent to us via email. We are both signed up to their rewards program and frequent Spot every once in a while. When we came in, we mentioned that we had the offer, and the server said we could use it and to show the code when we check out. Since our birthdays are two days apart, we figured we could pay for our own desserts so we can each use our respective coupons. During the check out process, the server puts in my code, but apparently it didn't work because I tried to use it one day after my birthday. We couldn't use my husband's either because then it would be a day too early (my birthday was on the 25th and his the 27th). For whatever reason, Spot cannot split the check even though we got TWO items total. There were about 6 other people dining in the establishment so they can't say it was too busy. I used to work in the food industry, and I know very well you can split the bill x number of ways. We ended up paying the full price for both dessert items.I called the LIC and St. Marks to see if this policy was consistent, and both places confirmed that you can use the coupon within a week of your birthday. This was a very upsetting experience, and when the server was asking his coworkers about this, they didn't seem to care nor provide a proper answer. I even showed him the offer to which he said he can use it but then retracts it. This is not good practice. Other places extended the birthday offer for 1-2 months after your birthday, but I guess this is the "policy" of the Flushing branch because the other locations are more than happy to accommodate. While the desserts tasted amazing, the service was not a good experience. If you're going to redeem your birthday offer, I suggest going to the LIC or St. Marks location if you can, especially if you're not able to go to a Spot the day of your birthday.

Only one dessert is worth the price. Bubble tea overpriced with old bubbles. No military discount and 20 25 and 30 % suggested

My favorite was the warm Nutella cookie. Not too sweet but so delicious! Everything looks amazing,we tried the harvest cookie camp and the milky puff it was fresh made almost front of you, service fast and excellent. It was a nice international women’s day treat?

Went with a group of 4 and had a great time, we were happy to be seated, it's a small space and at times I felt a bit closed in. Desserts were delicious, though felt slightly like the experience was directed at an influencer crowd. Service was prompt and polite. Recommended if you're in the area.
