Came on Good Friday for lunch. There was a bit of a wait and everyone needs to be check-in on a wait-list via a tablet by the entrance. I believe you can also check-in on Yelp. The place is bright and clean. They offer 2 levels of AYCE buffet. There is a basic option for $19.99 and a premium option with all the beef and seafood for about $40. You can also add on premium dish a-la-carte. Made a bad decision and got the 2 flavor soup base, the pot is very small and with a divider inside the pot, which restrain amount of food you can put in. The food bar is a bit tight to move around and you may get stuck if there is a slow mover... ordered a rib eye as add on, the slides are paper thin and you can see through them. Our waiter refill our broth frequently without been asking, which is nice. The refilling of food can be a bit slow, there are empty dishes at the food bar.

CHOCHO offers a wide variety of appetizers, desserts, meats, seafoods and vegetables. The self serve station is clean and well stocked. Beef are cut to order and were delivered promptly by the staff.Lemon water is served by default for free. Other beverages can be made to order for an additional charge of $2.99 which includes free refills. Canned beverages can also be ordered and varies in price.The hotpot soup base is quite standard. But everything was delicious!

Clean buffet, lots of variety. Kid friendly and service was great! We didnt feel rushed. Food was delicious and the soups were so tasty. It was a great value and the bathrooms were super clean and stocked nicely. I’d definitely come back.

As for the meat, it was delicious with the lamb being really fresh (no gaminess at all) and the soups being decently flavored.The two hour time limit is actually ample time as by the 1.5 hour mark, I was stuffed from all the food. There is something for everyone to eat here and the menu is top-notch. If I'm ever craving hotpot for a treat, this is a solid choice that I would consider in my top 3 in Flushing. 10/10Vegetarian options: Self-serve veggie bar and veggie broth selection.

Formally known as dolar shop I love how they transformed dolar shop into chocho now! It’s acye, with a variety of different cuts of meats and I must say the meats are super fresh ! The buffet has a variety of different things to choose from. There’s also a dessert bar! The staff is friendly attentive and helpful. Spacious restaurant good for a large group also has they have a room that fits up to 8+ in the back!
First of all, I am a hot pot lover. I really love the snowflake beef here?The sauces are also very complete and hygienic. It is also very clean. I will come back.

Dollar shop is exactly the how I would express my experience here, services was literally the worse I’ve ever had. The service was not consistent, never check up on us through out the meal, when we would order something it wouldn’t come out until the 3rd time we asked. We ordered two extra meat plates that we never got and when asking for ice cream it never came. When I decided to complain and tell them that we never got our food the waiter blamed the table and was very confrontational. The food was good but not good enough to make up for poor service. If you want to have good food and good service this is not the place to go, there are plenty of other spots in flushing to get better hot pot experience
