What a disappointment with this place. I bought the supposed fried chicken they have with tostones. First the fried chicken, the three tostones they gave me greased. Before it was better, even the juices taste different. They lost a client.

Ordered delivery, bag was not sealed. Receipt was not in the bag. Half my order was missing. They’ve messed up orders before - but maybe create a protocol where you confirm the order with the receipt, then seal bag when you do the hand off?

Change your staff, I just came out from buying a juice and a girl helped me. I went at 10:20 in the morning, I asked her for a watermelon juice, when I tried the juice it tasted like watermelon, lemon and other fruits, when I told her The girl that I wanted, please, was a watermelon juice, she told me that it is made in the machine and well, the machine has all the fruits squeezed there so the juice will always taste like what the machine has, that is, they do not wash the machine to prepare your juice. However, I saw their blenders and I told him I could do it there and he refused to do it. I didn't pay for the juice or drink it, they didn't charge me for it but it's not the way to serve a customer who asks you for what you like or what if I have a fruit allergy and by your mistake I drink a mixed juice? Please evaluate this situation. I have been shopping with you for 3 years and I have never had such a bad time.

It’s a very charming place with great options for vegan and non vegans alike. My father and son had the vegan pasta with meatballs while I had the vegan tacos, my father and son are not vegan. We also opted for some natural smoothies. Needless to say, the food and atmosphere were great, the prices are reasonable and the workers are very nice. Very satisfied ??.

After patiently waiting literally 20 mins behind 3 customers, somebody walked in off the street and I was told I had to wait after him because he was there earlier but just had stepped out.. lol what a joke, I felt so disrespected as if my time isn’t valuable. It was rude and unprofessional to say the least. I just left grabbed a coffee and went to work. I won’t waste my time or money again.

The action bowls seem overpriced and the food is too salty. I ordered a again, almond butter with strawberries and bananas and it was so small...Definitely not worth the 11 I paid for it. Also the pumpkin soup was too salty...I'm going to have to fine a way to salvage it by adding potatoes or something else to it. Sorry I had better pumpkin soup at a resort.

The acai bowls are definitely overpriced, and the food is too salty. I ordered acai, almond butter with strawberries and bananas bowl, and it was so small...Definitely not worth the 11 dollars I paid for it. Also, the pumpkin soup was too salty... What I hear is that the regular food is always salty and is almost inedible. I'm going to have to find a way to salvage the pumpkin soup by adding potatoes or something else like garlic to it to make the soup less salty and edible. I had better pumpkin soup at a 3 star resort, and you know resort food is super generic. I don't think I would order from this place again. By the way, the 3 star is me being nice

A mixed experience. The prices are great, they have wraps and sandwiches for like $4 or $5, and I didn't know they came with a salad until I got my order which was a nice surprise. But my scrambled egg and avocado wrap was pretty much only avocado with almost no egg, and was only halfway sliced so tearing apart the rest of the wrap myself in a car was not so fun. The salad was a weird combination of random things: spinach, red leaf lettuce, celery, corn, chickpeas, and dried cranberries. Green juice was good and I would return for that.
I love their food and their raw juices and smoothies.

I order a paninis pizza and It was a mess. Please the pictures blow. It was more Tomato sauce on the panini pizza then cheese. The panini pizza was disgusting and to top it off, I found a bug in my paninis pizza. Place is not clean and not properly sanitized. I would give this place a zero if I have an option. place should be close down. I don’t recommend this Valerio Restaurant. Thank you.

I say this after ordering a large lentil soup (so good) via uber eats on serval occasion, but received a size small (thinking it was actually a size large) on every occasion. It wasn't until I placed a pick up order, and had my partner pick it up from the store--returning with a significantly larger size container, that I realized I was paying for a large soup, but receiving a small one upon delivery--for all those other occasions (at least 4). Being the foodie that I am, I overlooked this because the soup is good. I decided to go to the store in person after placing a pick up order again, but this time I wanted to let them know what's been happening. I walk in only to be completely ignored for 10 minutes (despite my order being ready and visible behind the counter) and when i asked the young lady behind the counter for assistance, she gave me the nastiest look and said nothing to me. I'm from Westchester County and recently moved to this side of the bridge, so I wasn't expecting such poor service and treatment. So beware if this place...

Originally loved them and their acai bowls and some dishes. Recently however the quality has gone down. On multiple occasions I've ordered specific acai bowls and received completely different ones. Also ordered a black bean chipotle burger with a salad and received chips. Just disappointing mistakes that are going to make me come here less and less.
