I walked in to order takeout. I was a bit put off that the lady - very nice, but curt, seemed intimidated by my hulking presence of 5'6" 175lbs. I was hoping she wouldn't run away. No one else was there in the dining room. It was just the two of us on a Friday afternoon in broad daylight, 5/3/24. I got the fried pork and asked for noodles instead of rice... "NO CAN DO!" (My words, not hers, but the result is the same.) So, I went with what they wanted me to eat instead of what I would have liked, and settled for the rice. I would have happily paid a little more for the substitution, and being I was the only one there my guess is they were no too slammed to accommodate my request. It was simply a steadfast rule of some sort, but the perfect opportunity for her to upsell me. Anyway, the pork was OK and came with a sauce, a salad and soup, which were also OK, and rice is rice - white rice, nothing special. That said, I'm prolly not gonna give them a second shot, although the Yoodon Cheeseburger looked like a great idea. But I would have wanted it without cheese. Perhaps that too would have been a "NO CAN DO?" Again, my words, not hers.

Simply amazing food quality and presentation, plenty to eat well priced and deliciously made. The soup was a perfect compliment to the Kimbap we got, and the pork cutlet was just so juicy and crispy at the same time, must come again!

Came here on a cold rainy Thursday for lunch. Looks like a mom and pop restaurant that seats a total of 13 comfortably. We ordered the Combo Ramen and the Yoodon Kimbap. The Combo Ramen (medium spicy) wasn’t that spicy, but good enough for me. It definitely hit the spot on this rainy day. The Yoodon Kimbap is a kimbap that is wrapped in a thin sliced pork cutlet topped with a sauce that they made. This combination worked really well and the soup that it came with paired perfectly with it. I hope to visit again and try their other dishes.

Their bulgogi kimbap can be a bit pricey compared to other kimbap spots nearby on Northern but I think it's definitely worth the few extra bucks. Great portions and extra meat served on the side with soup. Great all-in-one lunch option.

The location was a little out there along a quiet boulevard, but the warmth of the comforting mom and pop vibes remain. The food came speedy quick! The Spicy Shrimp Tempura Kimbap ($12.95) is a unique offering, with a taste unlike any kimbap I've had. This one was saucier, more fusion, with spicy mayo drizzled generously over it. Pricey, but this was my favorite of our dishes. They had 2 types of cutlet bowls, salad or no salad. We got the one with salad, and I don't recommend it. It tasted very obviously unfresh and refrigerated. The Pork Cutlet ($14.95) was't anything special, quite thin, although it was very crispy. I wouldn't get this dish again. On a cold day, the Shrimp Tempura Udon ($14.95) or any of their udons simply just call to you. Their broth was full of savory goodness, bound to warm you up. Their udon falls short though, tasting very frozen food stored brought. The lady let us stay for a while, which I appreciate. Yoodon is far for similar food you can find closer to the central area, albeit a great quick eats option for people living in the neighborhood.

Small mom and pop Korean restaurant in Bayside. Food was decent and very fairly priced. The house kimbap had a nice warm inside and crispy outside texture. The pork katsu was very good, as expected. The combination ramen was very spicy and sufficient. However the chopped pieces of beef mixed together with shrimp and tiny chicken breast didn't match too well IMO. My family still likes it here and we will be back again.

First time having proper Korean food and it’s AMAZING.I tried the Bulgogi Kimbap and the stir fry udon with chicken. Both have so much flavor. The prices are great too. You HAVE to try this place!!!

I got 2 burgers for my kids on my way home. The burger patty was uncooked inside. It was bloody red. I called the owner about it but she asked me if I want to go back there to return. It was too late and too far to go there. If she was being reasonably nice and cared about my concern, I would try again. The food and the service both don't feel right so I'm not going back there any more.
