This is our local Chipotle and we love them. Chipotle’s #1 customer is my 6 year old son. He could eat their quesadillas everyday. This Chipotle makes the quesadilla the way he loves. Other Chipotle’s don’t and my son will just refuse to it. Even if hungry! It’s crazy! My son is that stubborn. Hopefully he grows out of being such a picky eater. So thank you Austin St Chipotle for always being so understanding with Enzo! We appreciate you and your team!

Stingiest Chipotle ever. I ordered a chicken bowl and the amount of chicken I got was so small that I should have gotten a discount. I asked for extra veggies and again, they were stingy. It’s absolutely terrible. I only go here because it’s convenient and close, not because I enjoy it.edit: Would like to add that the staff at the time when I went was unfriendly and cold.

Very small store, food needs better taste. POOR AND I MEAN POOR service. I walked into this store today, tried greeting the employee assisting me. No greet back all I got was “ hurry up” as if I didn’t just walk in. They rush you, give you very little food.

If this place could get zero stars. They barely give any rice, or meat or anything. Only 2 meat options were available. I had to beg for lettuce. Worst service and $15 ?! Not worth a dime. This place should be closed. I didnt read the reviews but now I see I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. No one is fixing and some reviews are from 2 years ago! Now have to read reviews before even going to a chain restaurant

Inconsistent portions. Some chips were old, hard, and not eatable. They even forgot to include parts of my order. Staff seem annoyed and unhappy. Probably the worse chipotle I experienced.

The burrito was so small barely any meat I gave it one more chance but now I am officially done with chipotle all together.Parking: Never find a spot at all and if you do gotta pay and then to go a burrito that small

ordered a kids taco meal with hard shells, chips and chocolate milk..... they gave me one hard shell and one soft, chips and milk MISSING.also, my burrito bowl, had nonexistent meat, its like they took the smallest spoon they had and just scooped from that once. this is the second time i've ordered from this location and its probably the last, the first time you gave me the wrong protein and now no protein at all. DO BETTER!

This location is beyond inconsistent. Sometimes they decide to listen to what you have ordered at sometimes not. It’s also highly unsanitary and dangerous as I found a very large peice of plastic in my burrito bowl. This store has to do better. If you have the option of going to a diff location, stay away from this one.

We are very grateful to Amrin and Nayeli for changing our experience with this company.It's the first time my wife and I are treated well and that we were able to eat a good portion of chicken, (I mean the correct amount, we have been underserved many times). We have gone to at least 15 different Chipotle's and they have been rude, bad gestures, dirty tables,and just bad service overall. Today we're leaving happy and wanting to come back to this location. The staff are great!

I remember one time ordering two chipotle bowl with my son and daughter. Once we got home we started eating and then my son realized there is a ant in his chipotle bowl?? I was so confused because this was our first time ordering there and I had high hopes but apparently they don't check what's inside of the burrito bowl.

The worst chipotle in NYC. Super rude staff and manager. They cheap out on you horribly. Do not come here if you want an actual meal. Never seen a lazier group of people working in a chipotle. They need new management and some work ethic for once. Terrible place!
