Ordered two cakes but only given one upon pickup. Upon noticing the mistake called back to address issue and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Had to have multiple people call to finally get a manager to refund the missing cake. Poor customer service but the cake was ok. Not ordering from this location in the future.

These people don’t know how to talk they are so rude and unsystematic. There were two ladies in the front I asked one lady to make a crumble and she didn’t inform me that it will take 10 minutes so I was just wasting around and ended up placing an order with another worker. Eventually the first worker came back and asked me to pay. I was confused because I thought she left. I ended up paying but then some rude worker wanted to start a fight clearly cause she said (YOU SHOULD BE WITH THE SAME PERSON) like bruh how was I supposed to know she would take 10 minutes I was just uninformed very rude and unprofessional they didn’t want to own up to there mistake.

Ordered a strawberry short cake for my daughter's birthday. The quality was below my expectations. The taste of the strawberries in the cake was off. While cutting, it fell apart. Unless you cut it into huge pieces, there was no way to get a full slice. I would pass on this.
