We visit to Forest Hill McDonald service is so bad managers and employee treat customer they are providing food for free and when my son ask about ranch sauce manager says go we don't give sauce and if you don't go we call cops ,my son came to me then I go to the manager and ask for a 25 cent ranch you gonna call cops for a minor and instead she sorry for her behaviour she lied about everything and a customer next to me she talked her very bad so those who visit to forest hill be carefull

I visited today at 2:41pm and had a negative experience with the cashier. After patiently waiting my turn in line to order, I was denied service. The cashier said that the line was for elderly customers who wanted coffee. I responded by telling her that was unfair given the lack of notice and that I already waited to be attended. She then turned her back to brew coffee. Following, she turned to speak to her colleague in Spanish telling him that she didn’t want to take our order and wanted us to use the kiosk. Little to her knowledge, I also spoke Spanish was incredibly insulted that she would speak about me in another language. I responded in Spanish informing her that her behavior was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Even if McDonalds created a new education policy for customers to use their kiosks, all customers should be (1) informed and (2) treated equally. Also, to speak about me in another language in my face was very disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such blatant, discriminatory display of ageism.

On February 11,2024 around 7:45PM i went to McDonald 106-15 71 st in Austin street .I would like to say that the worker there female with green wag was so rude very unprofessional nasty everything you can imagine in a bad person she was cursing me in front of all the customer calling name saying go back to your country you don’t even speak English I had to leave because I was afraid she was going to attack me in front of my kids till today my kids they so traumatized they don’t want even see McDonald because of what happened and what we went through I have a witness from the customers they follow me they where sorry that I had to go trough that in front of my three kids but I’m not gonna stop here they have a footage that they can review it and see my nightmare that I been through but I’m not going to let it go just like that??
