Here's the thing. This is an Irish dive bar above a subway station in queens. It's old school. It's cash only. It's quiet. If you know what I'm talking about its five star. If you are looking for something else, keep looking.

Just saw this today 12/30/2019. Seems like bricks were falling from the front of the building. Hope it gets repaired.
I've started going here since my old haunt has nosedived, and have to say I am impressed, so far. The bartenders that I've met (Arly, Patrick, Michelle and Tom) are very nice, professional and fun to chat with, the beer selection is diverse and the atmosphere is that of an old school neighborhood bar, with fun patrons always ready to chat about anything and everything, and sometimes inadvertently amuse. I haven't witnessed any of the problems that plague other bars in my area, so one can sit, relax and enjoy without worrying about some drunkard causing trouble because he or she was allowed in with total disregard for the well being of the other patrons. Simply a cool place to hang.
