Ordered everything bagal H&C mayo and catchup. The sandwich was cold. Give it a 4 out of 10. Ordered a hot coffee with milk and sugar and was colder than room temperature. The only thing that I found pleasant was the atmosphere and the staff. Sorry, but I will not be coming back.

people working here are very disrespectful and rude. Don’t waste your time here go to any other bagel store that doesn’t call you names cause they are having a bad day. I was shocked with their communication skills cause they were nonexistent. As the doors were blocked off with garbage cans before their closing time and instead of pointing me to the other door they ignored me. And when I came in they gave me the biggest attitude cause i knocked on the door.

Not a fan of salt on top of an everything bagel and it was pretty touch to bite and break off. Detox smoothie was good. Shmear is very generous and tasty.

Couldn't honor the promotion they advertise but definitely honored the $40 minimum spend to get it. Way to go telling us after! Also gave us two of the same burrito even though we ordered different ones. Don't waste money here.

The address listed for this business is incorrect. The address is 103-05 Metropolitan Ave, as shown in the pictures of the store front. The store on Queens Blvd is a different business but with a similar name.

Ordered from via the “Egg Drop” restaurant and thought I was getting Korean style egg toast sandwiches but I just received a regular sandwich. The sandwich is good. French fries were advertised as shoestring but they are wedges & I received them as half crispy (the outside was crispy but inside was mushy). I also ordered tator tots and it was also the same as the fries. I look to order from them again as the sandwich was tasty but I think photos should reflect what the consumer will get.

The square pizza and regular pizza slices are very delicious. I'm surprised that they have such great pizza given that they're a bagel shop. They offer a very wide variety of bagels and homemade cream cheese, egg salad, tuna salad, lobster, etc. Sooooo. good. Fresh fruits to make juice. The cashier and chef were very nice and friendly. They're open on Christmas and Christmas Eve, which I was shocked. The whole place is rather big with many tables, more than other historical bagel shops. VERY HAPPY!

Spotted this joint on TikTok, hyped to try it. Hit up Instagram for the address, and guess what? Wrong freaking address! Had to dial them up just to get the damn right one. Finally get there, order chicken and waffles, and a grilled cheese with turkey bacon. And what do they give me? Just waffles, no chicken! And to add insult to injury, two iced coffees cost me a whopping $11. Seriously, how do you mess up something as basic as chicken in chicken and waffles? Outrageous!
