Best of the greater Glens Falls area McDonald's locations. It's always clean, I've actually never gotten an incorrect order here, and their service is fast. Like 90s era MCDs fast- in and out even during busy times. Even though it's a further drive for me as I live down the road from the SGF location I still prefer to drive across the bridge to this one because they're just that much better. Bun toaster was broken. They willingly served cold burgers without melted cheese because of this without informing customers. Food was cold as soon as it was in our bag, manager refunded but why not tell anyone? This place messes up countless orders. Please get it organized!

I'm from Massachusetts and when I'm in town visiting I always make a point to stop at this McDonald's. It is hands down the best one I've tried in all of NY and Massachusetts. The fries are ALWAYS fresh, like how??? And their quarter pounder with cheese is always bangin'. I've never eaten inside but considering how good the food is, it could be an absolute dump and I'd still eat there.
