We had the pleasure of visiting the Knight Spot Ice Cream Parlor tonight, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! As soon as I heard that my good friend Al Palumbo was bringing back this childhood favorite, I knew I had to check it out. And boy, am I glad I did! Diner style dining with ice cream in Frankfort New York. One of the staples of Frankfort, the knight spot has been around for quite some time. It's just a tiny little place but is very clean and well maintained. We stopped in for some late night ice cream late one night.
