I just had to write this review because of the service. My brother and I came to this place to eat. We were looking forward to it on our ride there to only be turned away and told that the kitchen was closing at 9pm. We arrived at 8:10pm. We still had 50 minutes to order our food, eat and go. The waitress made it so awkward because were like "but wait your hours are until 9pm" and she said, "yes but our kitchen closes at 9pm." And they didn't want to seat us. WTH?? That didn't make sense. We walk away hungry and disappointed and then we see a couple walk in after us 2 minutes later and they were sat!!! Now I feel we were completely discriminated against!!! Management needs to take care of this. No respectable business turns away their customers an hour before the kitchen closes. Horrible service!!!

Today was my first time visiting this place as I have been wanting to try it for a while now. It was a beautiful day and the atmosphere was so nice. The food was so good and the servers were nice. I definitely see myself coming back again!

Had the skirt steak, was maybe 6oz of meat for $40.00, drinks were watered down liquor and the tap beer is terrible because they don't know that they have to clean the taps on a regular basis. Service itself was terrible.. The only thing positive about the place was the decor and the dJ. They have no idea or focus on what's important when running a restaurant. The Bill was very expensive for the terrible quality. Will never go back there again. Candelabra is way better for your money and also Sobre Colombia on Hempstead typke. You can not compare the quality of the food and the service. Also they decided to add an automatic gratuity of 20% on top of there terrible service. People like to see drinks made in front of them so they know whats going in them. They don't do that at this place. Very disappointing

Love this Peruvian restaurant. Had Lunch with family & friends after some massages, the restaurant was nicely decorated & the staff super friendly. The bar area was nice & there was a big screen TV with a little stage for singing or if they have an event I guess. Some of the staff spoke English but the majority spoke Spanish. The food was amazing! We had drinks, appetizers, main courses & even dessert. The portions were generous & everything was very tasty. I would definitely be back! Read the menu as there is a 4% up charge on credit card versus paying cash! Also gratuity is included in the bill.Kid-friendliness: They had lots of kid friendly dishes
Downgrading to 3 stars for recent takeout experience. Chicken still pretty good but rice was oddly sticky, beans tasted wrong and maduros were dry. Green sauce just ok.

Was in the neighborhood and decided to give this restaurant a try! Walked in to friendly staff and nice decor. That's a must for me to want to be seated. We sat; music playing giving a vibe! They offer Bar seating or table seating. Modest size venue; good for a small group (8ppl) make reservations to be guaranteed a seat for large crowds. We didn't have to wait long. Food tasty; drinks good! We'll definitely come again
