Have been coming here for heroes during lunch at new workplace nearby. I am a big hero guy, so not going to my usual places is taking a risk. These guys did not disappoint. Worth the risk 100%. Big, lots of meat, the guys don't even need to write down the order(and I am very specific). You tell them, and they will do it. It is not cheap, but it shouldn't be. You are paying for quality. Everything else looks -and I bet- is top notch.

Traditional Italian deli on the corner of Hempstead Turnpike in Franklin Square. I haven't been there in a long time and wanted a ham & fresh mozzarella Sandwich . I remember this place is having really good homemade fresh mozzarella And putting generous amount of ham in the Sandwich. When I open this thing I was super disappointed it looks like they use the restaurant depot pre-sliced mozzarella now and they hardly put any ham on the sandwich. For 10 bucks I would expect more. Honestly give me the same product you always sold and charge me more because I went out of my way to go back to this place I now in the future I'll just go to Valley caterers.

Their sandwiches are yummy. A little dry with just a little olive oil but nothing a packet of mayo couldn't fix.One is probably sufficient for normal folk but I got two (and was stuffed).

Davinci Gourmet Market is a great addition to the neighborhood. Consistently delicious, great quality and service! Most everything I've tried up until now have been very good. Service was very good and every one working here was really nice and helpful. I'm glad these guys are here.

I've lived in the area for almost three years, and have never tried DaVinci until last week. My husband and I were planning a small get together for our gender reveal, and we knew we wanted hero sandwiches and that we wanted to try somewhere new. DaVinci was suggested to us by our neighbors and a coworker who also lives in the area, so we figured we would give it a try. Before placing our order, we bought two different chicken cutlet sandwiches as our sample to see if we definitely wanted them to cater our event. The sandwiches we got were delicious- the chicken was thin and tender and tasted very homemade. For our party, we ordered an Italian hero and a chicken cutlet hero. These came with Cole slaw, macaroni salad and potato salad. Everything was delicious and we got a ton of compliments from our guests. The balsamic dressing that comes with both takes these sandwiches to the next level. I would definitely come back here for food in the future!
