Service is bad. I made my order and it was pretty empty and had to wait about 15 mins. This is not the first time I've waited. When I went and asked the lady working around 1:45 had an attitude and decided to start making my order when I asked where my order was. This isn't the first time. Yesterday my friend ordered online and when we went to pick up about 10 minutes later they did not have the order ready. We spent about an extra 10 minutes waiting. He asked for his order since they were taking long, and the same lady decided to start making his order when he asked where it was and she gave the wrong drink. The customer service sucks. It's mostly high school students going to this DD and we have a limited time and have to go back to school, we can't be waiting 20 minutes for a simple order to be made and given to us with an attitude. If you aren't happy working there simply quit. Also the young lady working there, seems like a teen, she's great, great customer service and you can tell when she makes an order because she does it as soon as possible and with great care and service, deserves a raise unlike that other lady who's not doing anything and starts making the orders when she we show her we've been waiting. Takes her less than 2 minutes. Shouldn't be wasting time. Unbelievable.

Coffee and donuts are good but the place is never swept anytime I go in. Garbage all over the floor. Also, the coffee seems to leak from the paper cups but they didn’t have any problem giving a refund.

The service is terrible. Ordered a small black coffee and had to wait 15 minutes. There were only 2 or 3 people in front of me. When I asked them how much longer it would be, they were very rude. The next 3 times I went to this location, I ordered on the mobile app before leaving the house figuring by the time I got there they would have my small black coffee ready. I got to the store 10 min after placing each order and still had to wait a few minutes each time. When they put the mobile orders on the counter, they never put the label facing the customer so you have to go up to the counter and turn each cup to read the labels and find your order. Can't understand why it takes them so long to make a black coffee

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived ona Friday evening 8:30 pm with my daughter and friends for ice cream.The employee waiting on us was very rude. We sat down to eat ice cream and they started turning the lights off in the area we were sitting in. I asked when they closed and was informed 10:00 pm ( 1 1/2 from the time we were there) I asked them to turn the light on in the area where we were seated. Since they weren’t closing and we were still eating in the area. Shortly after we were asked to move so they could clean…. We politely told them that they could clean around us and we were almost done we would bet leaving soon. Which resulted in more rudeness from the employees working.I could understand if they were closing soon and needed to clean to go home but that wasn’t the case. Absolutely unacceptable behavior to customers!

I needed a gift card for Christmas and it was cold, holiday season I needed a gift card and I had my twins for daycare pick up in the car. I wanted to get a gift card very quick thru the drive up window . They gentle men there were extremely rude and told me I had to take my kids out in the cold I said seriously it's just a gift card ! So heated they suck ! Obviously have no idea !

This place is disgusting. There is trash and filth all over the floor and tables. The garbage is overflowing. The donut racks are empty and they only have a handful of stale old donuts in the glass case. I wouldn't eat here if it was free. The health department should close this location down.
