Ordered buffalo chicken pizza and menu said mozzarella cheese, buffalo chicken with ranch sauce on top. There was no mozzarella cheese on the pizza and chicken was falling out when picking up a slice to eat. Called the restaurant and they said they don’t put mozzarella cheese on it(the menu clearly states mozzarella cheese)and there is nothing they can do. Really bad customer service. Will never visit the store again.

I have to say after 15yrs sadly I won’t b ordering from here anymore, $60 for two pies, veal parm hero and 2 pepperoni pinwheels.. the pizza has more crust then sauce or cheese and just really has gone down hill. Half the food was cold and they lost the cheese pie.. the margarita pie just looks pathetic and rushed…

I order frequently and the food is good yet the level of service is not at par as we expect for a local family Italian pizzeria. The person taking order is outright rude ...makes you want to order somewhere else so you don't have the attitude that comes along.

Nice cashier, slices were below average. Shrimp pesto slice was 6/10...Buffalo chicken slices was 2/10. That was not buffalo sauce, it shouldn't be sweet.

I went for a dinner on a Tuesday evening hardly no one was in the restaurant. I ordered a Lasagna and my husband ordered Eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was horrible and looked like it was just lying there ... dried out not appealing terrible. We should have complained but regretted not complaining when we got home. The waiter was nice enough but he should have not served us that ... i gave him 20%. Who should be responsible for this? I think the owner should give me a credit of $12 for the eggplant parm sandwich! You don't serve paying customers that crap! I still have it saved in my refrigerator that is the half we took home. You don't need ambiance when the food is that bad. Also the Lasagna wasn't that fresh either probably was frozen and reheated! The owner should rethink what he's serving to the customer before he forced to close down! Disgruntled customer!

Came here with a group of about 20 people for a price fixed 3 course lunch. I'm not sure how much it cost because someone else picked up the tab. The food was very good though. You had a choice of limited items. I started with a house salad that was flavorful but definitely on the small side. Then came the rigatoni marinara which was accompanied with garlic knots and focaccia bread that was excellent. The sauce was made right by someone who has probably been doing it for many years. Also ordered the chicken marsala as my main course and was very happy with it. I will say though, the waitress and staff made the dining experience very enjoyable. Everyone was very attentive and super pleasant. I certainly wouldn't mind going back to try a few other menu items.

This has been my favorite pizzeria on Long Island since before the name change. It's fancier now, but the food hasn't changed at all. Highly recommended.Parking: No issues with parking, it's in a strip mall with plenty of spots.

I have to say food was very good. But the service was terrible. They are racist. So Hispanic and Blacks beware. I went to have dinner with my 3 grandkids and my in law. Asked for a table, mind you no one there. The hostesses looked at me like a had 3 heads. So I ended up eating at the pizzeria area. Everything was fine until one employee got upset because in law requested an item and he says you should have been seated on the other side. Well needless to say that got my goat. Asked for manager and after 10 minutes he stated they had reservations and that's why we were not seated but when we finished there were no other customers. Also made comment about me making a fuss in front of grandkids but manager was really rude as were the hostesses and other server who actually was a delivery guy. If you want to spend money in a restaurant that treat customers so rudely be my guest and BTW the other Hispanic servers should be ashamed on how a fellow Hispanic was treated. Shame on you.

Can't believe how expensive this place is and the food is not even good, flavorless, I was ripped off with a horrible check close to a thousand in what it was supposed to be a nice dinner night with my family and not happy with that they even messed up the checks and charged me for other table as well on my credit card. Never ever going place to this place. Be aware, you can go to any other place and pay less than half and eat at least good food.
