My mother in law always brings back a green smoothie from this place. I went in for the first time today and the owner is so pleasant and helpful! I got the tropical green smoothie (which is always delicious!!) and mango & coconut vanilla frozen yogurt. Everything is 10/10

Dr.Mary is amazing . She cured my acid reflux naturally ,no antibiotics. I usually give her a call 10 minutes before to have my shake ready, I tell her to surprise me !! Her and her husband are both medical doctors and are extremely helpful . I will do my detox with her soon !

I have been waiting to come here for a few months. Today I finally got the chance. Immediately upon entering Dr. Mary welcomed me with this beautiful smile. She asked me how my weekend was and we started getting to know each-other. She told me she was a Doctor so we started talking about various health and wellness topics. She fluidly explained all of the things that make us sick from the way our food is grown to the environmental pollutants we breathe in and even ingest through our drinking water. She is extremely intelligent and truly cares about helping people with their health concerns. She also looks at all of us like family and as I left she said we are family now. This was really beautiful because it replaces the coldness of western medicine with warmth and love which is healing in and of itself. I really enjoyed the summer blastsmoothie which was a mix of blueberry, strawberry, banana and Agave syrup.
