When I tell you EVERY TIME I order something from here they screw my order up, I mean it!!! The store is pretty nice and has fresh items as well as your typical deli snacks. The hot food selection is decent as well. Not always seasoned to my taste but I'm not their target audience. Now the deli section? That's another story. I've been patronizing this store for a few years now but today was the straw that broke the camels back. How hard is it to follow simple directions? Why am I paying through the nose for a wrap that is missing half of the ingredients? Long story short, this would be the 3rd time where they forgot something in a sandwich/wrap...I always order the same thing - chicken Caesar wrap with extra cheese, add bacon and avocado. One day they forgot to add avocado. The next time there was no bacon. It's like...enough already. I cannot continue spending my hard earned money on a place that doesn't care enough to check their work product! I feel a way about it because I had this last gentleman repeat my order back to me. Idk, I'll just stick to the dry goods if I come back.

We had our Thanksgiving feast in the office. The fried and roast chicken was delicious. Thighs was moist and seasoned well. Our sides were mashed potatoes, corn, and stuffing. Everyone loved it. We will order again

It's a pretty crazy that you guys would think it's acceptable to delivery food like this. We literally order every day from you guys. It's bad enough you guys mark the food up 100% on your online ordering platforms. At least have the decency to package it like a normal human being. We ordered two of the reaper wraps. One with no Bacon and one with bacon & no lettuce. You guys managed to mess up both. Great job.

Valley Caterers actually exceeded my expectations when I ordered 5 dozen bagels for a breakfast I was giving ! Such an absolutely beautiful presentation and excellent price and value when I picked them up. (Actually one of the workers carried it out to my car and carefully placed everything inside) Kudos to you Valley Caterers ! I will certainly recommend you and be back as a customer for many more things.
