Ordered using the Arby's app ?♀️ which needs to be fixed (I had to download & uninstall it a total of 15 times before the app would allow me to create an account, this has been happening for some time according to reviews. I suggest you download the app through a QR code which finally worked). We placed an app order to pick up but there wasn't an area to request condiments or napkins. I called ahead to ask for extra Arby's sauce--they gave me only horsey sauce and no napkins....read full review
This location is across the street from Wal-Mart. I have never been inside the restaurant. I visit the drive thru. The dining room has been closed due to remodeling. No trailers or objects being towed allowed in the drive thru lane. Small parking lot and you cannot drive around the building to exit without going through the drive thru lane. The speaker for the drive thru needs to be replaced. Nice kids working in the restaurant. Usually they hand you a month's worth of great coupons...read full review

Very poor customer service. The food is thrown together far too quickly, it's sloppy-looking and I think it was probably the worst Arby's I've ever had.Parking: Great location and plenty of parking. Handicapped parking is available.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped friendly
