I have been going here since I was a kid. It just isn't the same as it used to be. A small fry the size of a small at McDonalds was $3.50 and a small shake $7.00 and a hotdogs $6.75. The fries were really greasy today. I understand costs have gone up but then the quality should not have gone down.

Had a take a takeout order earlier today and sorry to say-was disappointed-Sully burger was nothing like the previous owners gave to their customers-Mushroom & Swiss burger was over cooked on the outside...I realize times have changed but in order for customers to return...there has to be some heart in the preparation of the food cooked, not worrying about money lost!Seems if one restaurant cuts back-they all do it.Angel blessings to the owners to find a happy medium to satisfy good paying customers!

Prices are astronomically high for food that is like every other diners' food, that being said, I still enjoy the occasional visit here. Definitely a once a month kind of place.

The portions are large, a large soft serve is about 14" above the cone!! The girls at the counter could be nicer, the one with blonde hair was quite rude. Not sure where customer service has gone anymore. Too bad because the staff really make or break the atmosphere. Perhaps she should cook and not serve the customers.
