I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant, I frequently visit the nautical mile and I have never been asked by a waitress to hold my credit card and ID until I finish my meal. This was shocking for me, do they think people come to eat and run. This was pure disrespect. The reason she gave me was that this is something they just do. Never again will they see me at this place. Customer service and satisfaction is surely out the window at Agua on the Mile.

I'll just start by saying there is NOTING good about this place.It's dirty! The staff are rude and disrespectful as if they hate their jobs. The food is very overpriced, and not even good! My friends and I will be NEVER go to this place, please avoid coming here, not worth your money. There are so many other places around if you're looking to have a good time, this is just not the place to be.
