I'm sad to write this but i feel it's necessary and hoping things change. I tried this location yesterday and it was a bad experience. The place was empty and looked dingy. I think it was the owner who served me and there was no menu. He looked at me and said half a chicken with 2 sides is $14 (which is insane). I said OK. I used to like this location and why I gave it more than 1 star. Not sure what's going on but recently, the quality has taken a hit. Like all others said, Mac and cheese is watery. Corn bread is a sticky old mess. Order was made incorrectly. Totally unfortunate since again, this used to be a good location.

Place was empty at 12 noon. One person working. Food was the usual very tasty. But the restaurant has some torn seats. The men's bathroom needs some work. I like Boston Market. I have not been eating there much lately due to where I work now ect. Not sure if all the restaurants are in decline or just this one.
