It was crowded which is expected; I ordered takeout in which the order was a headache I had to make it very simple because the waiter did not know how to properly process the order. My food took over an hour for 2) 2by2by2. I added thres leches pancakes in which I received regular pancakes I notified the waiter she got the toppings on the side for me. I noticed no utensils once I got to my destination which is only two blocks away. Might I add my food was cold bad service for 50.00 dollars worth of food totally not worth it. I will also be calling and complaining to management “I can’t get through at the moment”

Food was not as good as it used to be. Pancakes are now thicker instead of fluffy. Service was good, waitress was very good too.Parking: Not many handicap spaces and this parking lot is shared by other businesses as well.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp.
relative to the Ihop chain, it's pretty good!!! i think the people giving it bad reviews are probably the people who get the ihop salmon...don't do that. it's called the home of the pancake for a reason (not home of the salmon). anyways, my waitress was very nice and fast and the jazz music was good. really added to the ambiance. my food was fast and yummy.

I always love coming to IHOPs, they give off a nice and cozy vibe that make it pleasant to just come in whenever and have a good time. This however, was not the experience we got when arriving to this particular location. We sat down at our table and had to bare a very long waiting long period, during which other tables around us sat down, got their food, even returned it, and got new food, before we had a single waiter comes to us.Luckily there was a nice waitress, Adamarie(I feel I didn’t spell it right and I apologize), who came to us despite not being scheduled to do so and served us in a polite and courteous manner. The fact of the matter remains that before she came along, no one even acknowledged our presence. Maybe it was more busier than it seemed, maybe it was due to where we sat down, maybe our original assigned waiter was at fault and nowhere to be found, but this wait was excessive and oversight that shouldn’t have happened, given what happened to some of the other customers around us, and it seems like someone needs to do better here, especially on my own birthday.
