I typically stop into a Jersey mikes, once every 3-4 months and this location seems very interesting. Too many workers just sitting around walking in and out of the boh area while my sandwich is being made. On my last visit one guy started my sandwich and then another came from the back area still chewing food and asked what did I want on my sandwich. The location is typically empty all the time and I just asked the first guy if he can just finish making my sandwich. So many questions that need answers but I’d really like to know why is everyone always eating when I come in? Do they not have designated break times and places to break? Very unsettling and not to mention unsanitary.

Worst Jersey Mikes ive been to service wise. The guy at the counter cant figure out how to use my gift card, tells me “i dont know what to tell you”…nice way to run a business…thats 2x at the Freeport location now…ill never be back.

Horrible service. I got there at 10:03am when they are supposed to be open since 10 am. The staff looked at me through the glass while I knocked on the window while i knocked and ignored me until i banged hard on the glass. Then she gestures like what? As if I'm somehow a bother. When she finally sauntered over to unlock the door, she gave no apology and actually proceeded to act like taking my order was an inconvenience. I regretted even going inside because the first red flag was that this very unprofessional staff person was wearing a sleeping bonet over her hair. I ended up leaving without ordering anything because why would I want a person with no respect for customers making my sandwich. Very disappointing experience.
Just finished my meal. The service was great. The ambiance was great. On Mondays and Fridays I been having a great experience. The manager Cheyenna leads a top notch team. The young man on the grill made me a nice hero. The young man on the cold cuts made me a nice hero. Cheyenne welcomed me with a nice warm smile like she knew me for years. I read some bad reviews but so far I have had nothing but top notch service. Keep up the good service. See you soon.

I just paid almost $40 for 2 sandwiches in a day where the average minimum pay worker is making $15 an hour and they were disgusting. I wouldn't have bothered to leave the review but even my son, who eats anything says he didn't enjoy it and all he could taste was mayonnaise, I knew I had to leave a review. I just spoke wiped 2 napkins full of mayo out of my sandwich and there's more. I'm wondering if that little girl they have making the sandwiches was ever trained. I really would like my money back! I was contemplating going to the local China Buffet, which actually is the same money for all you can eat. This was a waste! And to think that when I started going to this place about a year ago my partner didn't care for the sandwich and I craved it and finally decided to give in. I'm so disappointed!!!

The staff were wonderful -- the manager, or head guy, was SO kind and patient with me. He was training another guy who was having trouble and very sweet, so the manager / head guy stepped in and was just humble and gracious. The subs were pretty banger, too!! The gluten free sub actually tastes like real bread and the serving were hefty... great beach sandwich
