I live here in Freeport and visit this location pretty often. I always have a problem! The food is either cold or completely incorrect. The customer service is terrible. The place is run by high schoolers and they clearly don’t care at all. The manager (Amanda I think?) is a complete joke too. The list could go on and on. Tonight I visited for dinner. Ordered two #7 meals for me and my boyfriend. The young girl who handed me my drinks didn’t say a word to me just handed the drinks and closed the window. Came back 5 min later with my food and again, didn’t say a word. I drove home and ate one burger then started on my next. Took a bite and realized something was off. I opened my burger and see that they completely forgot my other burger patty. I’d love to say that I’ll never be back but I probably will continue to give this terrible location my money. From now on I will be holding up the line as I check every item in my bag before driving off. That’s literally the only way to ensure that you get what you ordered. Isn’t that just pathetic? Freeport McDonald’s… do better please.

It's a shame that A single order cannot Placed correctly. I picked up two online orders for coworkers. And then I resumed to order my order which was a simply 2 breakfast sandwiches one egg and one sausage cheese mcgriddle. I approached the drive through at 10:09 and it is now 10:29 and i'm leaving still without a receipt. After I spent all that time for them to fix their own mistakes. What a waste of time.

Update, 01/24- I ordered delivery through the app, around $20 for a Big Mac, 4 nuggets and a Hi-C. The hot mustard for my nuggets was missing, there was no ice in my drink and no napkins were given.(1st review-) - Always check before you drive away. I ordered a Big Mac meal, an extra Big Mac and a coffee, not too difficult. After repeating my order twice I asked if she got the extra Big Mac- my order was not displayed on the screen even though it’s on and looks to be working. Got to the window to pay and knew the price wasn’t high enough so I ask the kid if there’s two Big Macs on there and no- paid my extra $5 and something, go to the last window and then drive off. I get to the hospital and we open the damn bag- that’s right, only one Big Mac was in there.

The prices, omg the prices. The affordable prices made the food taste better. Now with prices over $10, the food is not worth it. I still go there to get a fix every now and then, but the frequency is much less.

If you want them to forget your order or you want missing items from your order, this is the place for you. Abysmal customer service. This isn’t the first time this has occurred either. Do better!
