They aren’t even open when they say there open. What’s the point in having a Ralph’s on the mile during summer when they aren’t open normal hours

The owner of this location was incredibly rude and nasty me when I asked to change the flavor of the ice cream I had just purchased. Once he saw me relating my bad experience to my family member, he then approached me and apologized. HOWEVER, once he realized the ice cream was for my dog, he then replied "Well now I am not sorry", laughed, and walked away. This is NOT how you build a relationship with the customers of your community. Spend your hard earned money at establishments who are sincere and respectful towards you and your peers..
