Ordered $60 worth of food just to receive a fry & wings I didn’t order .. The crazy part is the bag had my name on it, so how did y’all mix up that light bag with an entire order to feed five people . Ridiculous

I ordered from the Freeport location and 2 things were missing from my order. I was told I would receive an email with a refund and I have not received it. The 2 missing items were the things I wanted the most, Cajun corn and seasoned fries. I would never order online from this store again. They really should pay closer attention to their orders.

Wow what a rude experience, we came in to get wings and fries and ended up with getting the rugs swept towards us with dust and salt flying up in our faces, then he rolled them up and tossed them behind us... The guy taking orders was rude and barley could hear him because the music was so loud coming from the kitchen area...

the management is terrible!! I live 40 mins away so I called in advance to order for pickup. They didn’t answer our phone calls. Which was 1st of the problems. So we had to order at the place; as I enter they say sorry we don’t take walk ins???? LOL if that’s the case answer the phones then. The app didn’t even allow me to order online. 0/10. I never heard of a FAST food restaurant not taking walkins. Save your time and do not go here and deal with children with bad attitudes! Elmonts restaurant is WAY better

After reading everyone's reviews I'm almost embarrassed to say I really liked it. So much so that I ordered twice in one day, don't judge me. Once we got bones, once without. Both were super good and fries delicious. I will def order again
This place sucks. I wish I could leave 0 stars on the review it was that much of a horrible experience. First off, it's dirty. Nothing is ever wiped down, drinks spilled all over, tables are sticky, sauce everywhere, etc. We came in on a Thursday night at around 7:30. Nobody else was in the restaurant other than me, my girlfriend, and a couple Uber/DoorDash drivers waiting to pick up their food. We placed an order of 10 boneless wings and fries. It took almost 45 minutes for us to get our food. Multiple people coming in after us, ordering, and then leaving with their food within 5 minutes. I must have asked the idiot at the front counter who looks like an exact replica of the donkey from Shrek taking the orders 5 times what's going on. Each time he would say just give me a couple minutes. After asking him again, he completely snapped at me telling me to not give him any attitude and that I should get the f*** out of his restaurant. What a nice way to treat ur customers... on top of everything that happened, the fries were cold and soggy with the wings being undercooked as well. We will never ever be returning to any one of this horrible establishments in the future. I will be contacting this location as well as calling the corporate line to get this guy fired. What a complete loser

Terrible policy!Dipping sauce doesn’t come with wings alone, you have to buy the combo.That makes no sense when the sauce is for the chicken not the fries.I won’t be returning.

The Lindenhurst Wing Stop is unbelievable. I was extremely disappointed with the garlic parmesian ..very dry. The French fries were under cooked & the chicken ? tenders were over cooked .I would have asked for a refund , I didn't ask for a new dish because they were so packed I would have waited another 40 minutes..I only realized this about my food because I live 17 miles away ...this place is 2 small for the amount of volume they do !
