Never had any issues here, never had to wait too long in line either. Sometimes they are very limited on specific donuts so be mindful of that when you come in. They have a variety of delicious sandwiches and hashbrowns as well.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS BASED ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STAFF I WOULD JUST VISITED TODAY AND A MALE AND FEMALE MADE US GO ALL THE WAY BACK AROUND BECAUSE THEY NEVER RESPONDED ON THEIR END EVERY TIME I VISIT HERE THERE IS A STAFF MEMBER THAT IS RUDE FOR NO REASON UNACCEPTABLE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT BUT DONT RUIN SOMEONE ELSE'S DAY BECAUSE YOUR LIFE SUCKS!!!

They are pretty prompt when it comes to service at this Branch! Order is always on point! And most of all they are very clean!Kid-friendliness: All sorts of new donuts and munchkin's are always available and fresh.. And you can't beat that with a delicious hot chocolate!Parking: It's a very busy parking lot, because this beach is attached to a gas station that is a major stopping point for out of town travelers!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps are involved, and it's ground level... Making it fairly easy to enter and exit

Terrible people working in there! As a truck driver it is very limited to where I can get in to get the coffee that I love so this is one place where I can easily pull to the side and walk in and get my coffee but nope not today! Drive thru only! I stood at the cash register waiting for about 3 full minutes till someone finally took the time to yell at me "drive thru only today! They refused to allow me to walk up to the outside window to get my coffee. I finally found a good lady coming through the drive thru that I gave her $10 just so she could order it for me.

There was an unidentifiable bug in my coffee, I got it at the drive thru didn't notice until I was home and had consumed most of my drink.

Got a coffee at the drive thru last week. When I got down the the last gulp I felt hard stuff in my mouth, some of which I swallowed. I poured out the remaining coffee--there was a ton of (what appeared to be) many tiny pieces of black or brown plastic...probably over 100 PC. I made my concern known to "national". They said the local owner would call...which they tried, but we have not connected. I am not looking for free coffee. This should be investigated. It doesn't appear accidental to me. I ingested some of this. Lucky, still alive and not sick. No more Dunkin Donuts from here! Too fishy, if you ask me.
