I would give this place negative stars if I could. I placed an order today and asked for a vegetable roll. As I ate almost half of the roll I noticed it was a shrimp roll. I called them immediately and the lady that answers the phone had no concern of my food allergy. She said she would make a new veggie roll and have the delivery person bring it. I said I did not care about the roll any longer (couldn’t trust they would send the right thing) and expressed to her my concern of becoming sick. She called us back caring less about me, my health and said she would give me credit. I will file a report with the health department and provide them with my medical bill if I have to go to the hospital.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've been ordering consistently for years and have never had a problem... other than my order being slightly wrong. The food is really good and they're always nice on the phone.

Miserable on the phone. Had an attitude. Doesn't care about the customers obviously. Cancelled the Uber eats order after they were 25 minutes late and has an attitude with me on the phone. Screw you lady. You just lost a long time customer. Not that you care. Total Garbage.

This place is disgusting!!! The lady is always rude. She never answers the phone with the business name. She just says "hello". Like this is her house or something instead of a business. She won't put a napkin or a fork in the bag without asking. Isn't that apart of the experience? The restaurant is dirty. There's spit on the outside windows and on the partition inside. If they're not cleaning that, imagine the food. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!! If you don't like having a clean store in our neighborhood then pack up and LEAVE!!! Allow another business to come here and appreciate their customers!!

Overall bad restaurant, the food sometimes taste decent, hard broccoli, soggy rice, and this isn’t the first time. I’ve been going here for almost a year(just because it’s convenient and super close by) I can say for certain 68% of time the food is a 5/10. The cooks really need to do a better job. Customer service needs work as well.

I seen them pick up a dead mouse ??? with the same thing they use to pick up the chicken wings with I'm calling the health department in the morning I never seen anything like that I have partial video of it truly disgusting never again will I step foot in this place I hope it's closed down
