while going to get coffee at 1pm there where no cars parked in the parking lot. service was very slow in the drive thru. after I had placed the order, pulled up to the window no one had come to the window for about 5 mins, it took two people making 2 iced coffees. the women at the register was very rude did not say anything just put her hand out for my money. I had asked her what the total was because it did not come up on the screen. she said "I dont know what every that says" I had told her it did not pop up if it did it did not stay on there. she then had told me my total and gave me the coffee after taking my money. the coffees were not how I ordered them, I brought it up to her and she said that is exactly how they are supposed to be. she said next time I need to be more specific with my order to get them different. she was very rude. not pleased at all. the cashier is amber s.
