The new owners are the best. The restaurant is under new management and they have really upped their game. Brian is one of the best servers in New York!!! He’ll take care of you. Also, they sell green sauce to go!!! A must go to restaurant in Long Island.

PLEASE DONT GO. This restaurant was a Peruvian restaurant and they changed the owner now is Salvadorean. They kept the same menu but food is not the same. I asked if they had the same chef and they lied saying yes. NOT COOL

Like this restaurant not my first time here Alejandra is the attendee here very professional and helpful place is clean and well kept food like in many places it can be improved prices and portions are fare overall I really recommend this restaurant

0 stars if I could. Food didn't have flavor and customer service was really bad. They serve complimentary chips and dip - but they served our party (of 5) a tiny bowl of 6 tortilla chips. I legitimately laughed. Place was completely empty and we quickly realized why. Overall, do not recommend, eat elsewhere.

I discovered The Inkan several years ago and have been so reluctant to try this place again but with good reason. I recently ordered a family combo from here and it just validated my reason from not ordering from here again. I wish I took photos of the food but I discarded it too quickly. The sweet plantains were hard and not from being burnt but from being unripe. The chicken was stale and not fresh - it tasted like what I imagine old meat to taste like. The rice was so stale and hard. I'm not sure how this restaurant is still in business but this is such poor quality food. Will never be ordering from here again.

Had a Groupon from last year I needed to use by today so my daughter and I came to have diner. We ordered 2 dishes, the Lomo saltado and Tacu Tacu. We loved the Lomo but the Tacu was a bit too saucy. Service was nice, please was clean. Looking forward to coming back to try a few more dishes.

Their rotisserie chicken is phenomenal. It's not dry at all. Plus make sure you get extra sauce that comes with the chicken. That sauce is to die for. Great food!!!
