Store closing time for garden city park location was at 9pm today. I went to the store at 8:15pm but I was told that they closed the kitchen already. When I asked why closing so early, but they did not have any answer except that we close kitchen 30 minutes before closing time but they are closing kitchen 45 min in advance. What's the point for advertising a specific closing time you close it about an hour earlier.

As surgeon I just finished seeing patients at my LI office . So before heading back into city . Was going to the lincoln center , I needed some fuel for my body. And I was running behind. From the moment I walked in . I had my doubts. Employee had their air pods in . And had look of no interest for my order or effort to make my order no personality.I ordered the peanut butter paradise .When I got in my car and drove away .I went to take a sip and it tasted like ice water . Was a large block of ice . Literally.I was beyond upset and now I'm on the highway . Never again.

The mango bacon brie flatbread is absolutely delicious!! My new favorite sandwich. Plus, the smoothies are very flavorful, fruity and refreshing!

If you are looking for a healthy smoothie this place isin’t it! Make it yourself. The fruits are not fresh & they are preserved in some sort of sugary base? On top of it they add an additive sweetener to make your smoothie i guess taste better? They don’t tell you they add it unless you ask if they addition syrups. Lastly, the calories in these smoothies are 600 plus each! For a fresh fruit smoothie with yogurt it should NEVER be this high in calories. (On a side note, it costs $10+ for a smoothie) if everything was fresh fruit and no additive sugars i would.not mind but this is not the case

I went twice to TC . The second time I was very disappointed. I tried their Strawberry Daiquiri smoothie and it tasted like melted sherbert. It was not worth the money.

I have been here approximately a thousand times and usually always get the chocolate peanut butter smoothie. It hits the spot for sure and they're always very quick so perfect for grab & go. Definitely will come here a thousand times more.
Download their app for points and free smoothies. I never had tropical smoothie cafe before and came across their app and seen they offer a free smoothie after your first purchase. A 24oz smoothie price is about $8 so getting it for free is nice. Their sandwiches , flatbreads typically price around $8-11 which isn't bad and comes with a small side. I always get the kale and apple side salad. It's small but enough for your wrap. It's delicious and so far every wrap I have had is yummy. My go to lunch wrap is their Thai chicken wrap and their breakfast wrap I like the chicken with avocado flat bread. Their food tastes fresh and healthy. If you have never had this chain before, please do try it. I'm sure you will like it.

Do not go to this tropical smoothie. I have gone to many tropical smoothies, and did not have the following experience. I have gone there twice and both times the cup was not completely filled. We are paying a lot for the smoothies, and to receive less than what you were supposed to is stealing.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. I usually swing by in the morning during their happy hour period between 7am-10am on weekdays. It's only $5 for smoothies during these windows.
