Service is great, awesome bagels, killer sandwiches. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is there bacon needs to be a bit crispier. The bagels are incredible, why serve it with chewy bacon?
5 start. Very generous and nice. I got there right after the were closing but they opened the door for me and helped me to get the bagels. She even gave me more than I wanted. I definitely come back again next time I'm in town from California god bless up

Service is very slow, food is really good but the last 2 times my expensive bagel and lox sandwich has been a cream cheese sandwich (with like barely any lox) so that's been a bummer. Seriously can't even really taste it, less than 1/2 the amount they used to put. Not sure if it's a new policy or just got a person who didn't know how to make it but very disappointing and just as expensive
