In the area, wanted a quick lunch take out of soup and sandwich. Looked to be a nice, family run walk in, walk out place with a good rep. Took out both creamy chicken and chicken barley (both very good) and chicken pesto wrap also good. Service quick and friendly. Would have liked more soup choices considering the name. All in all hit the spot!

So happy to have stumbled upon this place during jury duty. The soups were fresh, not overly seasoned or salted. The flavors were amazing and I cannot wait to come back and try more. While I was there a woman came in from Farmingdale to buy quarts of their soup. You can also get salads and sandwiches. I got a chicken salad wrap and it too was fresh, lettuce crisp, just the right amount of mayonnaise.

Great soup and sandwich place highly recommended. Also pretty reasonably price. Just recently had the Manhattan clam chowder and wanted their special wraps totally enjoyable.

Never a bad dish here-- soups especially are amazing!!! Velvet chicken and corn and Thai chicken wrap are my favorites. Sue is always sweet and on point when taking orders and remembers me even though I don't order every day.

Last week I was in the throes of COVID as was my husband. I was out of my own chicken soup and so, I ordered 2 quarts of soup online and also purchased 3 orders from the TGTG app. Every soup was delicious and made us both feel better. Thank you for an easy purchase, quick pickup, and truly delicious soup. We received gumbo, arroz con pollo, Mediterranean chicken with rice, and New England clam chowder. I can't wait to come back when I feel better and try more varieties. You have a lovely business and your products are appreciated more than you could possibly know. Every table was full of people eating. There is plenty of parking out back. GO HERE and get a great meal.

Ordered a too good to go bag from here and the portions were more than generous. I love soup any time of the year and the chicken noodle soup was delicious and the noodles were consistently Al dente which is hard to achieve. Came in late but there were still customers ordering! Will definitely come back to try their grain bowls, they sound amazing.

I come here regularly and I always order soup. It is the best in the business. I am a big fan of the soup. I only had one negative experience and that was because the chicken in the stracciatella I ordered a month ago was very tough and chewy. Other than that, they have been perfect. I like the bisques; they are worth the premium price! Don't underestimate the split pea; that stuff is amazing as well. I find that every soup has a perfect balance of solid ingredients to broth. The owner and staff are very friendly. Everyone who is a fan of soup must try this place at least once if they are in the area.

Have frequented and enjoyed this restaurant for years. The soup is always good. Gotten pricey through the years but everywhere has. Today we picked up two soups, a wrap and a grain bowl. We found the place understaffed and grain bowl was nothing like it used to be. Some Lettuce, minimal beets and goat cheese and no dressing-none. To top that off the salad was bagged with the hot soups so wilted. Please do better. We've always enjoyed your place

Good wrap. Decent portion. Split pea soup was over salted and watery. Wasn't as good as hoped. Tiny place with only three eat in tables. Only open 10-2 m-f. Mostly a local merchant walk in office crowd. Meh...shrugs shoulders not bad but much more expensive than expected. Easy free parking in village parking lot out back.

Passing thru Garden City and saw the sign for Soup Exchange. Wow glad I did . Looked like 5 soups homemade everyday. I had the gumbo which was some of the best I have had. They also have wraps, bowls and salads. I will remember this place. The also have a couple Vegan soups which is a rare findVegetarian options: Vegan soups available!!

I have tried 8 or 10 of their Soups so far. My favorite is always the one I take home that night. I honestly haven't found one that I didn't love. My only complaint is I wish I lived closer.

Ken and Crew make 6 delicious soups from scratch every day. The wraps and salads are also fresh and tasty. Too many favorites here to mention but today I had the superb Galveston Gumbo!!!!
