I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with French fries and soda. They only gave me the cheesesteaks and the soda. They didn't give me the fries. Bad service.
These Cheesesteaks were amazing! I got the bacon chipotle chicken cheesesteak and it was soooo good! The staff is always so nice and accommodating! One of the best chicken cheesesteaks! Even the fries are so fresh, they make them very natural! Ugh soo goood!!!!!!!!!!! ?
The best cheesesteak on Long Island . I go there often and I recommend the place to every one . It is a fast and quick service . A very good and friendly staff . Try it for yourself. You will love it .

Those people are so rude and disrespectful, except from the 2 red hair girls.. i go to all of food location in this mall and i also work here. those people are one of the nastiest people in the entire mall.. the asian guy on the grill should stay in the back because he doesn't know how to talk to people or solve any problems if there is a issue with food..I told him that i work here and was about to show him my work email and i didnt even finished he was asked me if i have a name tag and i said no our store dont use name tag and he was so dismissive and rude.. just kno that no one from our store is coming back there..

Have no problem with the food but the employees! Stood there and waited my order for 20mins because they missed it! Fine. I asked the lady and she said it is coming. Got my sandwich and still missed the fries. Fine. Asked for it again. The lady spoke in Spanish for a while the girl who took my order said she gave it to my friend. BUT my friend was by my side for a while and I was there waiting all the time, neither of us get the fries nor heard they called my order number! The guy who was making the grill turned around and yelled at me said that was what happened why they call the number and I never responded!!!!! Excuse me! Please watch your attitude and see what happens before blaming your customer!!! Never coming back!!! BYE!Update- emailed the feedback. Let’s see how you can make it right this time. :)
