This is my new fav salad spot! the employees were super helpful in helping me decide what to order and were friendly throughout the entire ordering process. would definitely recommend this spot to others!

Service was great and staff also except for Jay he is a manager who's is very rude and inconsiderate I will never have that idiot take my order agin who trained this guy what planet is he from he should b taking out the garbage not taking orders for real

I unfortunately have had 2 bad experiences with this location. The last few deliveries thru DoorDash, the salads aren't even chopped. All of my toppings are at the bottom of the bowl and I have to fight through un-chopped Romaine just to get to the toppings. Not sure if there is a turnover in staff or management, but things aren't consistent... It's a shame, because we ordered from there almost every week. Will now need to find other lunch options.

I had difficulty ordering online so I called to order ahead and pick up. The general manager MER would not take my order and asked me to try online again after I said multiple times the website is having difficulty. He was very rude and not accommodating at all. I will be letting corporate know about this experience with the very nasty general manager. Lost a customer.

Ordered a soup and salad from door dash. Instructed to have the dressing mixed in. The dressing was not mixed in and they gave me the wrong dressings without a fork to eat it. There were no napkins in the package and the soup was ice cold. I called to complain and they just blamed door dash and gave me nothing back - wouldn't even attempt to help.

from Washington, Virginia to NYC , I drop by the chopts locations for my lunch over weekdays. first time time ever I did check in to chopt's suburban location at Westbury; WOW! the fastest chopt I have ever experienced. during lunch hour , the entire team was playing very systematically; I observed them very closely. everything was happening in a collective manner , in a planned way . very happy atmosphere observed under a strong leadership . store was super clean. super clean . customer service that they were delivering that's kind of old-fashioned . one of the managers they visited my table and reassured me any further help if I need - that's fantastic . honestly , foods were equally top notch what I should coin as a sheer soul satisfying for the tastebuds . love the Serrano heatwave warm bowl .

Today I came to the Westbury location with a gift card that my son paid cash for like a month ago and there was zero balance I tried searching for a corp number but to no avail. I also sent the back copy of the card to the support email I would like to get a reply about

We always feel safe eating healthy salad at chopt . First of all , the locations we are glued to chopt Westbury and Roslyn in Nassau county , they are honestly value food safety in true sense. We are very loyal to chopt and we push ourselves beyond to the hardworking people at chopt who consistently put their utmost focus on serving safe food . Restaurants are super clean .
