Avoid this place at all costs. it's dirty, employees are rude and they mess up your order always. The food is not even fresh. I see bugs in the store. The worst is when the employee gives you attitude when they make your food. The person who responds to the yelp reviews doesn't even work there trying to defend themselves. I will never come back here ever again!!!

horribly run business. they posted and ad on Instagram promoting $7.99 special for online orders commack location good until 2/29/24. They would not honor it. When I called they were rude about it and said they cancelled the promotion even after running the ad to promote the store. No reason to eat here or give them any business.

I like the Guac Shop! The food is good! It's simple traditional and authentic. Set up is clean fast for take out only. it's not really a sit in and eat type place which I'm okay with. My only real problem is I wish it (the Guac Shop ) was a little cheaper and there was one closer to where I live. Again the service is really great and like I said the food is good and authenticParking: Friday night's parking can be difficult everybody and their mother is going to the free parking lot
