As far as fast food burgers go there I have to say Johnny Rocket's may be the best. First time there and pleasantly surprised. If your in the mall it's definitely worth a try.

The food is pretty good. We got our food to go. Upon getting our food we decided to sit at the counter where there is a sign that states “for Johnny rockets customers only.” So we sit down and start to enjoy our lunch when we are kicked out promptly because it’s for only for customers who order from a waitress. Keep in mind there was not a single person sitting at the counter. It took us near 15 minutes to find a clean open table in the food court. What is the god damn problem we are customers with their food in our hands? Maybe if they care that much, they should change the sign to specifically say for wait staff customers only. Not a pleasant experience.

This place was good back in the day, and they've been holding up their quality every since. The diner aesthetic is what makes Johnny Rockets what it is, and this location certain upholds that value. From the seats to the uniforms to the menus, the experience is complete. The service is also exceptionally helpful. I ordered a Smoke House double burger with fries and their new Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake for about $20. The fries did great at easing me into the meal. They were pretty average: lightly salted and lightly oiled with a minimal crisp. Some fries were crispier than others, but overall they were pretty good in quality. I also received a pretty good quantity of fries, so there are certainly no complaints here. The Smoke House burger was a pretty good take at the heavily attempted rodeo recipe: the onion ring was especially a great touch. The onion and breading were both pretty nice in quality and it made for a great crunch over the hearty and moist burger patties. Quality was also great when it comes to the cheese: it gave a lot of color to the burger as a whole and it melted just right for it to bring flavor to the whole dish. The bun and sauce were the cherry on top for me when it comes to supporting texture and subtle flavor. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake was a satisfying conclusion to the meal. Its thick texture made it easy to really savor the potent vanilla and milky sweetness that gives the shake its status. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch was added in great quantity: not too much to pollute the straw but enough to put some cinnamon sweetness onto the palette. It was like the perfect bowl of cereal in a cup. Overall, we all have great reason to be a fan of Johnny Rockets, especially at this location.

Food quality is good , however service is questionable. After making a clear request about my order , the worker I was speaking too completely ignored my request and failed to communicate to the people working the food. Completely disregarding the customers request.

I love that it's still open, I haven't been there in years, I use to take my daughter their and my nephew. It's such a groovy, clean, family friendly place and also a KEWL DATE NIGHT PLACE WITH YOUR HONEY. I was actually telling my hubby about it and searched and there it was JOHNNY ROCKETS. It still look as delicious as I remembered. Yummy for my tummy,I'll be strolling back down memory lane and coming for a visit.

There seem to be so many burger choices these days: Five Guys, Shake Shack, etc. that it is easy to get lost in the crowd. Johnny Rockets is a throwback to 60's, with their countertops, burgers, shakes etc. I ordered: - Route 66 burger - savory sweet BBQ flavor. (4/5) - Onion Rings. - crispy onion rings with crunchy batter (5/5) - fries - thin fries, disappointed at how quickly they get cold and soggy. (3/5) - Tater tots - can't go wrong with tots (4/5) - Strawberry Milkshake - was a little too watery, not as thick as some other places (3/5) Service: very friendly and accommodating, especially at a mall.

Arguably the best burger I have ever had. It almost melts in your mouth. Crisp & fresh lettuce, onions & tomato. Cool & refreshing cola. Everything just seems to compliment each other. Extremely friendly employees that just wraps the whole experience together.
Saw that they prepared raw meat on the same counter as the burgers. I just ate my fries and shake and took the burger home to reheat.

Bro the burgers are a 10/10 it has good flavor and the milkshakes are god tier it’s a bit expensive it’s worth it I’d say this is almost as good as in and out this burger joint is underrated
