I returned part of my purchase after the window and agreed to get store credit. After a moment I wanted to return one more item from the same receipt/purchase and all of the sudden the cashier got so rude, told me I was lucky he even helped me in the first place. Extremely rude and dismissive. I looked for the manager who would not even look me in the eye. When another employee asked the manager on our behalf to speak to us, she nearly yelled at us that we didn't deserve any courtesy. After considering leaving a review, I see others had a similar experience with the same employees (the initial employee that was rude to us is also the man with the tattoos....)

You guys need to fire this lady who gave this smoothie here. Not only did this taste bad, she made it wrong twice. The issue isn't with the taste tho, it's with her rude attitude. I ordered the mango metabolizer and she gave it to some random person who didn't order it. When I told her, she got pissed and made a tropical mango drink. I said I didn't order this, but the mango metabolizer. Then she starts screaming in broken English and slowly walks backwards while looking at us. Is she not going to remake it? It cost me $8 and she messed up twice. Then she eventually decides to spend the 1 min it takes to make my drink. I don't know why she has so much attitude and ego. There wasn't even a line, she just needs a personality transplant. Also regarding the location, it's just gross compared to other locations. Literal flies around the toppings and unfriendly staff who are either screaming in incomprehensible English or whispering to you

Tried to Return item unworn a week later and unable to process due to flaw on garment. Again never worn and not even tried on. Sales person with tattoo on head not trying to be helpful
