Slow slow slow! 10 people working but there's a 10 minute wait for a egg sandwich. Never have rolls, salads are garbage and not 1 employee speaks English and they mock you. This place screams "bail reform" and it's conveniently located right behind all the court buildings. Save your money for a rainy day because this place is garbage.

Best bagels around. On weekends prep for 20+ min waits.
It is my "go to" spot for breakfast when I'm in the neighborhood. I always get an egg and cheese sandwich there. The service and food are great.

our coworker and I ordered 3 sandwiches and out of the 3, tow were made incorrectly. We called to advise them of their error and the person who took the order tried to argue with us and say that we were lying. he asked us to bring back the food but unfortunately we couldn't because we were at work and he then proceeded to say "So then what do you want me to do". He carried an unpleasant attitude throughout the whole phone call and did not try to correct the mistake. Unfortunately i will not be ordering from this place any longer if the company feels that it is ok to have employees who have no empathy towards customers. I will also share my experience with my colleagues who work in the new NYU building on franklin ave so they can avoid dealing with this type of service.

Bagel Boss wasn’t cutting it for me anymore. Drove down from Carle Place and boy am I glad I did. No exaggeration this place served me the best bagel I ever had. I will be back! 5*

I ordered a platter of lox and accompaniments to the fish, and, an additional platter of bagels. While the lox platter was costly, it was an easy alternative to preparing the platter myself. Dealing with Dennis was a pleasure.
I ordered Lox bagel (The Works) today w/ spinach and they made it to PERFECTION!! I’m pregnant and was craving a lox bagel and they seem to be the only place that made it with all the ingredients I like and they did not disappoint!!! My first time ordering from them and I will be a returning customer ?*I would’ve took a picture but I ate it too fast ?*

Ordering service for Uber employees on weekends is poor; You have to wait up to 20+ minutes for your order, which in our opinion is not acceptable, I ask management to pay attention to this and assign another person to prepare orders.

This is a great bagel/breakfast spot! The bagels are always fresh, the service is relatively quick and you can preorder and pick up. It does get busy inside and the space is a bit small. Highly recommend trying their bagels!
