Overpriced. Food was alright, nothing more than that. Some of the utensils were dirty. Service was nothing memorable, average. Restrooms (W) was neglected, papers all over the floor, ran out of toilet-seat protectors too. A bit cold temperature for the weather. Design was nice. Good parking solution. Overall, would not go back.

Overrated. Too bad Calogero's has closed, that was high quality Italian food....and more affordable. If you're going to Novita, your best option is the pizza....but ask for it to be a little well-done otherwise the crust is too floppy and a little doughty. Portions are OK, nothing spectacular but not tiny either. Overall, everything needed to be better seasoned.Highlight was their pistachio gelato....THAT was quite good.Better Italian options include: La Parma (not too far away either!), Cara Mia & Stella Ristorante (both in Floral Park, worth the drive), Villagio Trattoria (a little pricey, but if you're gonna spend that much anyway, might as well make it count!).

We were 3 longtime friends who hadn't seen each other for awhile. Dinner was very relaxed and unrushed. We had pappardelle lobster, shrimp scampi and chicken parm with pasta. All were very good. Service was excellent. Novita never disappoints!

Excellent food and Sunday brunch choices. It can get busy and loud at times, but the food and top service overrides all.
Our waiter Tierney was amazing! The food was outstanding as usual, and they have such an extensive gluten free menu which is so hard to find. I have a gluten allergy and the waiter was very knowledgeable and the food was amazing.
Went for brunch ch and the food, service and atmosphere were all great. Plus they do a great brunch deal with unlimited mimosa, blood Mary's or screwdrivers plus a 2-course meal for $38 making it a great deal too.

The food was excellent and the service by Brandon was spot on. My wife's Salmon Salad special was the best salad she has had in some time. Her main pasta course was very enjoyable and large enough to provide her with dinner the following day. Will definitely eat here again.
Wine was great. Have been here multiple times before and this was the least pleasant experience. Pizza was not crisp through the middle. Waiter also kept coming to ask if we were done when we were not done yet and just enjoying ourselves.

My husband made a reservation. The restaurant called and confirmed the main room. We get there and they walked us to the basement. I was extremely insulted. There is some racism going on here. Every other person that came in was directed straight to the main room. I left. Terrible experience and will never return. I hope the manager of the restaurant will hire people that are not racist.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We ate in the lower level dining room and it was so quiet and pleasant. They've arranged small intimate table settings and it was perfect for a couple on Valentine's Day. Lovely restaurant!

Was a fantastic experience from the sweet hostess Stephanie who sat us down with her beautiful Kind smile. the waiter Tierney who is a perfect kind friendly waiter. What great service. What great attitudes these two have. Refreshing in todays world. Food was fantastic. Drinks were great. Had the skirt steak. Just a great evening at a fine restaurant with amazing staff.
