My office has been coming here for 20 years, Ken and his staff are amazing and worth the visit and you will get a laugh out of it. The soup, wraps and salads are amazing. The best soups on long Island. The Buffalo chicken wrap is the best. I would love an Italian wedding soup. Lol Brought a friend for the first time and he is coming back tomorrow! Thank you

Arrived 2:38 , everything was put away, only had two soups available, lady behind counter very rude, didn't care if we got bottom of the barrel soup or not !! Don't recommend closes early women was nasty

Delish!! Fresh!!! Perfect place with the nicest people working there!! They offered a sample of some of the soups. Split pea is not my favorite but I tried. WOW. Absolutely delish. Got an amazing wrap also that my son inhaled. We will definitely be going back!! If you haven't tried you are missing out!!! Thanks for fresh and delish soup!!

Five stars are not enough! I just started working in Garden City and found this amazing place. The owner could not have been nicer. After making my selection he offered me 4 other soups to try. (Please note if he tells you the soup is spicy...BELIEVE him!) The service was quick and the establishment is clean. Have been back and received the same treatment. Do'nt miss this gem.

Just found out that they just opened (later hours) with a cheesesteaks and burgers... Probably the best cheesesteak I've had!! I'm addicted... amazing onion rings also!!!!

The owner yelled at me when I asked for a sample of their soup. He is very arrogant! He gave me an attitude when I politely asked for a sample of soup. When more people came in I noticed his demeanor changed.

Came here during the lunch rush, to grab something quick to go.The spot is small but efficient for a quick grab and go. They have a salad bar that kind of works like chipotle's assembly line, where you can pick your base, toppings etc. I loved this since I am vegetarian and custom salads are my usual go to.The spot also has some decent wrap options as well as decent grain bowls. The star of the place however are the soups. They are piping hot and delicious. perfect for a quick lunch.I ordered the Escarole & Bean Soup. It came with some wonderful bread. I loved the seasoning and the fresh vegetables in the soup. I defiantly would recommend this place for your lunch time needs.P.S. Since these are covid times I should also mention that all the staff and customers were wearing masks. The staff were also wearing gloves to handle the food. Overall I felt it was a safe business to visit.
Stopped in for a late lunch. We wanted something light and this spot fit the bill. The staff is super nice!! I don't really like spicy food so they let me taste the Thai Wrap peanut sauce. Definitely a little spicy but it was delicious!!! I decided to try the Thai Wrap and was not disappointed!! A LOT of chicken with some lettuce and carrots along with the spicy peanut sauce. Absolutely amazing!! I also tried the Grandmas chicken noodle soup!! Lots of noodles and chicken in a flavorful broth!! Can't wait for the cooler weather so we can come for more soup!!! My GF ordered a custom salad. Spinach, broccoli, chick peas, black olives and feta cheese. The house Italian dressing is just so so GOOD!!! This the perfect place for a quick light bite during the week!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Awesome soup place! They have a daily soup menu, call in and see what they have. Their popular option sell out fast so if you want something make sure to go early. Our favorite is the Galveston Gumbo. I usually get a quart and my husband can finish the whole thing in 1 seating LOL They have low fat and gluten free options for those who has dietary restrictions. They also serve fresh made salad and wraps. My favorite wrap is their Chipotle Chicken Club! Last time I went they had a family special which was 2 quart of soup and a side salad for $20ish. Best part is you can try the soup before you get something to make sure you would like it. Owners are super awesome and nice. BEST SOUP PLACE!

Sure, the $30 plate of pasta or hamburger, down the road is good, but for less than half of that you can get soup and salad, or a wrap or quinoa bowl that is fresh, delicious and made with love and a sense of humor. During the Covid-19 pandemic, what can be more comforting than a cup of soup? Ken and his friendly staff take excellent care of you with smiles, jokes and a feeling that you are welcome. The soups- usually 5-6 a day, will satisfy every palate. Meat lovers will become addicted (like me) to the Galveston Gumbo, made with chicken and sausage and a good, cajun spicy kick. For seafood lovers, try the Gulfport Gumbo. Feeling the need for Grandma's embrace? Grandma's Chicken Noodle will meet that need. Don't want meat? Maybe something Vegan and gluten free? The Milano Minestrone fits the bill. The options change everyday, and if you are having a hard time deciding, Ken will offer you a taste. My office is walking distance from the Soup Exchange, but since I have been working from home I have been making the 30 minute drive at least once a week to get my fix. Give it a try. You will become an immediate convert.
