Only giving a 1 star because the atmosphere was upbeat. food was nothing to write home, the service was just bad. Had water spilled over us whej the server was pouring water, in a rush to clear the table food was dropped on us. Also saw a buser carry a stack of dishes. bump into another seater guest and drop food over them. Waited long periods of time for our food as well as our waiter to tend to us as well bring us our bill. Gratuity was added $52 bucks to the bill. I wont return and would recommend the same for a resturant that just seems to be in a rush to clear tables but not actually tend to their guests.

It’s set up beautifully and the service is fantastic. The food was just ok. The baked clams were decent but it just felt like it was missing something in the flavor and the Bronzino was a little bland. The lobster Mac and cheese was great and was a large portion. The menu is expansive and from the pics of their brunch food I definitely want to come back and try their brunch one of these weekends.

On 2/25/24 my family threw me a surprise birthday dinner at Revel. The night turned out beautiful. The atmosphere .. the Food .. the service and all around good vibe made the evening a success. Special shoutout to Michele and Francine. ExceptIonal customer service from the beginning stages to the grand finale. I highly recommend if your planning a special intimate event. Very professional and patient. There were absolutely no complaints from our guests food was tasty and drinks were flowing. Thank you for making that night, my 60 th Birthday....one of the best in my life. I was truly surprised and the way you guys played along was amazing Everyone thoroughly enjoyed!

The service was off the charts. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. The decor in the restaurant really added a fun flair. The portions for our apps and mains were great. I think you get a great value for your meal. Cant wait to go back !

Night 2 ... went out to Garden City ....the lighting and music set the mood instantly .... Once again started with a Don Julio with a tonic ... Alecza, Carolina, and Hanna were the bartenders .. very hospitable for my app I stated with the Pei Mussels in the roasted garlic sauce with fresh tomatoes and shallots with garlic crostini ... for my entreee I had the Lamb cooked medium well with the potatoes ... it was AMAZON !!!!!! Perfectly cooked and the honey mustard sauce was bussin and more importantly the size of the chops were unbelievable .... The potatoes were perfectly season in a butter sauce to die for .... My cousin had the Panko Halibut in a New England clam chowder sauce .... We didn't speak the whole meal .... Garden City Revel thanks for a great evening....Bacc to Harlem I Go .... Great place, great atmosphere and great food. Drink specials are constantly changing which is nice although I stick with my regular Scotch on the rocks.But I've only had one bad experience. The steak. It was my birthday dinner and the steak came out with a black garlic seasoning, but it was way too damn salty. Went back twice. I wound up getting something else but luckily they redacted that sauce and comped my meal.I've been there a handful of times and the manager, Jackie is very helpful, and I've never had a dish I did not like and I've tried a lot.
Great food and atmosphere, very pricey but me and my spouse enjoyed the lighting: dark.The food was delicious.

I'm not coming back:4% charge for cardInstant 20% gratuity added on, for even a party of 2.Average food for what they charge.The tiramisu was not good at all. Why was there chocolate syrup and powdered sugar on an already overly-sweet dish????Next time I'll stick with the cheesecake factory brunch.

My friends and I have come here multiple times as this was a nearby spot for all of us to celebrate; so much so I've become friends with one of the greatest hosts they have there Sue who has always shown up and out when we've arrived to feel welcome (she was not in Saturday which may be the reason we had such slow & terrible service.) After Saturday I very well think this might be the last time we go. They were very unresponsive during bottomless drinks that we were timed on (as to be expected) and limited how much we were able to drink. If we are paying for the experience let us experience it without trying to limit us. Anastasia our waitress seemed to be very friendly but overall was not great in servicing our needs. I give 3 stars as I really do appreciate how well we were taken care of during the time Sue was there as well as the food has never been a miss.

Revel always have Beautiful people, as soon as you walk in you feel very comfortable. Now let talk about their food! Amazing! Food is cooked to your preference, they make sure everything is to your liking. The seafood Omelette is so good, Lamb chops are great, drinks are delicious and you can celebrate birthdays. Anniversary's, baby showers or just go with your girls/family and enjoy
