Need to hire more people. The wait is way too long. Bagels are good but the wait is ridiculous. Only one person handles walk ins. The rest are doing phone orders.

So the bagels I thought we're good. The bagel choices were also extensive and they also had mini bagels which not everyone has. They also have an extensive selection of spreads as well. The only drawback is the very loud music and the lack of heat for some reason. I stopped in for a bagel and ate it in their dining area and I nearly froze to death. Turn down the music and turn up the heat and let your customers relax and enjoy the meal they paid for.

These are the best bagels around. Crispy exterior, chewy interior. The way they used to be all over the city and LI. None of those softball size monstrosities here.And good service to boot.

Two stars of the three are for the service. The bagels are Meh at best. I also had an apple pastry that was tasty but very small. My mistake was buying a dozen and by they were awful once cold.

I like the bagels and coffee here. Other baked goods are ok. Sandwiches are good as well. Plenty of parking was there are multiple lots around. Staff is friendly and efficient.

This place is sooooooooooooo amazing. 100% GO THERE!!!! Everything I have had is good and I cannot wait to keep trying more of their spreads and menu items.
I have ordered the bagel mixed surprise bag twice and have not been disappointed. The bagel chips are absolutely the best. This is going to be a weekly addiction. Caution to those placing orders online. I opted to use Google Storefront by DoorDash as there is no fee passed along to the restaurant. I included a tip. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was met with confusion, even after showing my order receipt. The manager was defensive and escalated the issue rather than handling it with any hint of hospitality. There was never an apology. I was left no option other than to walk away empty handed or to pay twice. $14 later... I guess I'm a sucker when I'm hungry. The bagel was decent. The egg salad, like the service, was not appetizing. In trying to recoup my double payment, Google Storefront only directs back to the business for support. LOL

Wow. Excellent set up and great bagels. I got bacon, egg and cheese on everything. It was so fresh and chewy.
