Service was excellent! I can't begin to thank our server for her kind and expert assistance. We sat there a long time and she was very patient. I have been there with this particular group a few times and it works because we have a vegan in our group. Overall, the food is pretty good.

First time dining here. Enjoyed the atmosphere and options for various dietary preferences. The almond ricotta cheese on the pizza was delicious. Disappointed that the server did not inform us of the Happy Hour specials and provided lackluster service. Not terrible, but not good either.

Been to many across the country and this is not their best operation. Our server was very nice but the kitchen was very slow. Food wasn't close to what I enjoyed in Scottsdale a few weeks ago.

True Food is one of my favorite restaurants as I am gluten and dairy free, plus a good friend is vegan. It's rare to find a restaurant that offers a wide variety of delicious, healthy entrees that accommodate all these dietary needs. I definitely recommend the salmon entree and the "not your mom's meatloaf." Also, it's so nice - but so rare - to find desserts that I can eat. I like the squash pie (in season) and my friend loved her root beer float. I plan to try the vegan ice cream next time. True Food also has good, non-alcoholic beverages. My personal favorite is the O.G. - ginger, lime, honey - refreshing and yum!

This is the 3rd time I have eaten here. I love the variety of choices and how clean their food is. I also applaud the amount of GF & DF options they have, since I am both, but not by choice. While the food is excellent I was disappointed to take a big fork full of sauteed spinach and pul a big thick black hair out of my mouth. ugh well no more spinach for me. I know these things happen without intent, so I did not make a big deal about it just mentioned it to the waitress. The manager was kind enough to come over, take it off the bill, and offer us a free dessert. But I wish they just comped our regular drinks or something. It made me feel forced to get dessert, which I did not want. On top of that, they were out of the Squash pie so I ordered what my friend wanted and didn't really enjoy it. Needless to say, it was not an enjoyable experience this time. But the first two times were great so I hope to return and give them another try.

Took a very long time to get a server even through the restaurant was mostly empty at 8. Even worse a foreign item was found in one of the entrees. It turned out to be a piece of plastic... not very appetizing.
Fantastic Vegetarian Options! Recently dined at True Food Kitchen in Garden City and had an amazing experience. The freshness of the ingredients truly stood out, and as vegetarians, we appreciated the waitress's knowledgeable suggestions for delicious plates. Overall, a great place for both food and drinks!

Another pleasant and tasty meal, at True Food Kitchen. It was my third time dining there, since the spring! The staff is courteous, professional and helpful. True Food Kitchen's menu is varied, where most people can find items of interest.

Good was excellent. A flexitarian would definitely appreciate the vegan choices while being able to indulge in healthy choices for their carnivorous side. Our waitress was nice enough, however the music/noise level made it impossible to understand her especially having such a soft voice. The ambiance was ok. Nothing that really amazed or was particularly interesting but tastefully decorated and upbeat.

Never disappoints. Great food, atmosphere, attentive staff. Alana, the manager, remembered me from previous visits and came over to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will be back and will continue to recommend.

My meal was delicious and the service was great! I need to follow a gluten free diet and there were plenty of options to choose from. Lots of vegan options, too! I like that they have a rotating seasonal menu. First time dining here and it won't be my last!
When we entered the hosts were ready for us and attentive to our notes - a birthday and an allergy - and let us know they'd alert our server. When we sat down, our server didn't seem to have been told, which was okay, we reiterated the allergies. The drinks we ordered were fantastic. For appetizers, the Corn Flatbread was delicious and the Edamame Dumplings were very good. We all wished we had ordered those as our main courses. The entrées were so-so. The spaghetti squash dinner had a smoky/burnt taste to some of it. The steak was tough and the forbidden rice was completely inedible. Overall, decent food, but unsure if we would return.
