We had a large party in the private space and he kept up with bussing and drinks. The pretzels and brussels were my favorite appetizers. For dinner, I ordered the Garnerrito and my sister ordered the CBC (which I preferred). The Garnerrito felt more like a lunch item. Can't wait to return for a brunch. The Cuban sandwich, pork tacos, fish tacos, and the Tequila quesadilla in particular, are really good. The Truck Burger is pretty good too. Walking into Peekskill public you get an immediate nostalgia for Dublin, Ireland, it's a cool feeling.U guys got wings? Yes some of the best, the friendly bartender said and of course they'll all say that.With a good selection of cold NA beers, was happy to have 2 before being handed a plate of wings (buffalo), a perfect mix of drums and flats. “Had my nieces Bat mitzvah here. The food was outrageous, the service was fantastic. Only negative, they kept clearing the plates away so fast. Some people lost their plates as they were eating. My niece got her plate taken away and never even got to eat. There was so much left over food and I don't know what happened to it all. I hope it went to a good place.“

“We had a wonderful experience having our post-wedding brunch at Mint Premium Foods! We worked closely with Alberta, who created a beautiful, personalized menu with our food and drink selections. The owners stayed on site during the event and were very detailed oriented. Ben and the waiters were attentive and responsive to our requests and even helped move tables so friends could sit together. Alberta played soft background music from the bride's culture to add to the atmosphere. The overall vibe of mint is unique and you feel like you're at a shop/restaurant in the Mediterranean with it displays of gourmet cheeses, olives and bottles of wine.The food at Mint is absolutely delicious, plentiful, perfectly cooked and attractively presented! For our customized brunch, we had four courses: For appetizers, we had family style cheese & charcuterie boards and calamari, followed by individual choice of specialty salad, individual main course and family style desserts (Baklava, Pannacotta, Bread Pudding, Creme Brulee). Everyone raved about the food, from the outstanding cheeses to the Wagyu meat burgers, sandwiches, salads, Moroccan chicken, risotto, etc. We highly recommend Mint for a meal or a place to host a special event!“

“We live in western Connecticut and traveled to Peekskill for a show at The Paramount Theater, where we decided to enjoy an early dinner. This was our first dining experience at 'The Central,' which we chose because they had Paella on the menu, which is a rare occurrence on most restaurant menus. We began our meal with Baratta Toast topped with baratta and mushrooms, and it was delicious! The Paella was served in the pan where it was cooked, and it was hot, which was a good thing. They also let you know on their menu that one order is plenty of food for two, and they are 100% correct. The rice was cooked perfectly with just a mild crust at the bottom and surrounded with fresh shrimp, mussels, and squid. I say 'BRAVO' to the chef. The Central is not outrageously priced, features a casual dining atmosphere, and is right next to the Amtrak commuter tracks, which is kind of cool. The next time we come to town for a Paramount Theater show, you'll find us at 'The Central'!“

“A small cafe that serves the newly built water front development. There is only few tables inside, but a nice outdoor seating area. We were pleasantly surprised by stumble upon this place by searching Google. The food was fantastic, we ordered a salmon dish which was cooked to perfection and a nice cheese burger with sweet potato fries. The portions were abundant, tasted delicious and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed it!“

I would have liked some more game options, especially since they have a sports bar section for adults. They also have an axe throwing setup as well. Part of this place is under renovation.
