“Renee (sp?) and her son is who I encountered on my visit to the Sunrise Cafe today. Renee is the owner and is just as pleasant as the name of the cafe would elude to.I ordered the steak and eggs because I have never actually had steak and eggs for breakfast, and a side of corned beef hash with sourdough dough toast and a side of hash browns. (Yes, a lot of food)I finished 98‰ of it. (Left 2 slices of toast) All was delicious. The steak was cooked medium rare and was delectable. The over easy eggs were perfectly cooked and runny like I love them, hash browns were nothing extremely special but still good.I sat at the counter and watched a lot of their homemade oatmeal bowls with fresh fruit on top go out to a lot of customers. They looked incredible. They had a Texas French toast with cherries as a special today and that dish looked delightful as well. I'd def get that next time.Can't wait to go back!!Once again, no photos because I was too busy chatting with the regulars who were extremely welcoming. “My local coffee shop that’s just a 2 minute walk from my home.Absolute love it here. All their coffee beverages are made perfectly. Not to mention their food and treats too!Every time I go it’s always quite busy, which is always surprising to see in the tiny town of Middleport. But I understand why! They are top notch! “Our table had blueberry pancakes and a number 2 which included pancakes eggs hash brown Patties and bacon. We also ordered coffee. The pancakes were fluffy extremely good but smaller than other diners a little more expensive too. Coffee was meh but diner coffee is hit and miss at all places. Super friendly service! Very attentive! Recommend for the pancakes.“

“I ordered two large coffee, one with milk.... They both came with milk... I thought the other would be black as I didn't order it with anything added. One and a half miles away I discover the mistake... I guess they need to be told "black". The pretzel bagels were good.“

“A friend shared on FB a few weeks ago about the great food! While visiting family from MN I wanted to see the new Niagara County Produce because when I moved in 1988 it was a plastic building! Today I had the D$ and it was delicious! Fellow travelers coming to the area for a family visit, to see Niagara Falls orenjoy Six Flags at Darian Lake, stop in for a sandwich, pizza or meal to go. Makes a great picnic. You can call and it will be ready for you. The guys are friendly and happy to meet visitors. Bon Appetite!“

“I have never had a bad experience at this Crosby's. Every time I've ordered food, it has been very good. If you order food in person and do not wait at the location, they will take down your phone number and call you when your food is done. I've ordered subs, pizza, and wings. Never had any issues.The price of the pizza specials are better than any pizza place I have been to recently. Are their prices expensive on certain everyday items? Yes. It is a convenience store/gas station. It is open when other stores are not due to the fact that it is a gas station which is one of the reasons why some of the prices are high. They make money off of people purchasing things last minute or on impulse while paying for gasoline.However, they have a rewards card that saves you 10 cents per gallon on the first 3 fill ups, saves money on coffee and other items, gives you rewards points towards future purchases, and will email you tickets to peel to reveal bonus rewards. All you have to do is pick up a rewards card in the store and register it online. So simple.The rewards of shopping at this store/getting gasoline are very beneficial.I don't feel as if the store should be given negative reviews based on 1 or 2 bad workers. If customers have been treated badly, such behavior should be reported to management of the establishment so they can deal with these workers individually. If problems are not reported to management, how do they get resolved? Everyone is so quick to condemn the establishment and leave terrible reviews instead of contacting management and allowing them to remedy the situation.“
